Chapter 7 - Monster

Krist's PoV

I spent almost all week with Singto and each day I get to see another side of him..

I thought he is just an annoying guy but he has a good heart, specially to those who are in need.

We are on our way to our final location as we have Singto's bodyguard with us.

He said the last location is quite dangerous and we need them just in case.

We stop at a scary looking mansion and Singto look at me.

"Here take this." he said and gave me a pen.

"but I already have one." I said as I show him my pen.

"This is a special one. Just click this button when you are in danger." he said as he pointed at a button on the pen.

"I will go to you directly darling and save you." he added as I laugh.

"really? I will have my luck on your bodyguards than you Singto." I said as I heard a small laugh from his bodyguards.

"well, just keep it okay." he said as he step out of the car. The two bodyguards follow and I was the last to step out. I place the pen in my pocket.

The driver went to park the car.

'Why do we have so many people with us today.

Not that I am complaining though but.. Stop it Kit.. He is just playing with you. Don't fall for the words.'I told myself as I young lady went out of the mansion.

"Singto dear.. You should have told me you would come.." the lady greeted Singto as she kiss him on his cheeks.

Pffft.. Playboy...

"Sorry about the sudden visit Namtan.. We are just checking everything.." Singto said as he look at me..

"This is my new assistant his name is Krist" he said.

'pfft where is the I don't like formalities' I thought as I force a smile at the girl infront of us.

"Nice metting Ma'am. Sir where will I start my work?" I said as Singto gave me a questioning look.

Singto's PoV

'Wait what happened? Why is he so formal all of a sudden' I thought as he look at me.

"Krist.. What happened?" I ask. "Nothing sir. I just want to start my work right away." he said.

"Dear what his assistant usually do here is to check out the kids here." Namtan said as she look at me.

"and you dear, we have a lot to talk about." she added.

"I will take my leave now sir, ma'am" Krist said as he walk away. I mluthed my bodyguards to follow him.

"You know, he is jealous of me right now. I can see it in his innocent eyes" I look at Namtan as she laugh.

"He is the one you told me right? The human you are liking right now?" sh ask and I just nod.

"Sad, if it was not you I would love to have him for myself." she said and I glare at her.

"What do you need to tell me Namtan?" I ask as she motion me to follow her inside.

"lately we are having troubles with kids that are missing. It happened a week ago. We thought they went back to where they use to stay but they never went back there." she said.
