*Harry’s POV*
I woke up to the doorbell ringing. Not the best way to wake up, being completely honest. I heard Gemma answer the door and greet somebody way too loudly for my headache’s liking. I wanted to go back to bed, but right as I sat back down Gemma called for me and my parents.
“Everybody! Come meet our new neighbor, Samantha! She lives in that cool cabin with the green door over there!” She says pointing to the house I was looking at earlier. When Samantha saw me she immediately looked down and I could tell she was blushing.
“I’m Anne,” my mum says “this is Desmond, and that’s Harry.” My father waves and shakes her hand, and I just nod at her, my mind still exploding at the fact that she lives in the green house.
“I just came by to say welcome to Odebolt!” Samantha said excitedly locking eyes with my mum.
“Well why don’t you and Harry exchange numbers, after all you two will be going to school together I assume. Samantha, are you going to West Creek High?” my mum says, and I shoot her a glare.
“Yup! So I guess we’ll be riding the same bus. We might even have some of the same classes!” She said in an excited way, but I could tell it was just a show for my parents.
“Ya… I guess so…” I give her my number so I can leave and get some sleep. There is a HUGE time difference so I need to catch some “z’s.”
I shut my door quietly, suddenly having a slightly better mood. Samantha just barely reminded me of Sarah, not in a bad way though. I went to my suit case and started to unpack. I didn't have much with me right now because we were waiting for the other moving truckto arrive. I put on grey sweatpants and left on my white shirt. I laid down, and just wanted to think. My mind was still going crazy. The green doored cabin that Samantha lives in, Sarah, Samantha in general, and heck, the big move!
Right as I was drifting to sleep, I got a text. I looked over, expecting an apology text from Sarah, but it was Samantha’s number.
