How I Played Cupid!

Clubbing.

After our talk we head towards where we started our small walk while holding hands.When we rounded the corner I wasn't expecting to see them both lost in others eyes.

"What is going on there?" I asked Scott quickening my pace.

"Looks like she is already under his spell" Scott replied with dissapointment.

"Are we interrupting something here?" I asked firmly when I reach them. Scott stood beside me with folded arms.

"Sssh Lilly, I don't want to lose"

"Nope. Not at all Lil"

They both replied simultaneously without leaving each others gaze. What does Zoe meant by don't want to lose. I looked at them both again and realized that they are in a staring contest.

Landon looks at ease with an easy smile playing on his lips and showing those dimples. No wonder why Zoe is having a hard time looking at his eyes only.

I thought of a plan to see if Landon is effected by Zoe in anyway and decided to implement it.

"Lick your lips and bite them like you are out to seduce David Beckham." I lean over and whispered in Zoe's ears.

She took in my advice and her stare changed into a sexy look and she licked her lips slowly and sensously. I looked at Landon to see his reaction. He was tense and his lips were set in a grim line. I smirked getting my answer.

Zoe indeed has an effect on Landon.

Just when I looked at Zoe she was biting her lips and then pouted. Wow she is good at this.
I looked at Landon and now he was staring at Zoe's pouted lips.

She yelled "LOSER" and poked her tongue out at him.

Landon groaned and covered his face in frustration.

"You cheated" he accused.

"I don't see how I cheated" Zoe innocently batted her eyes and we both giggled.

"How did you guys ended up in a staring contest? " Scott asked.

"She said she never lost one to anyone in college so I challenged her." Landon explained.

Thats a big development in Zoe. When we were in high school she wouldn't even look up when she talks to others.

"Wow that's a big change. I am loving you more and more." I winked at Zoe.

"So when are we heading out? Its already 09:30" Scott asked Landon.

"Yeah let's go. They said they will be there by 10. But how are we getting there?" Landon asked.

"There's this magical machine called a car, stupid"

"I know that, I meant was as I didn't have my own ride I will need to borrow either your car or Scotts"

"We could just get a cab, that way we don't have to worry about a designated driver" Zoe suggested.

"Yeah thats what we will do. Lets get going guys". I said while looping my hands with Zoe.

We bid our goodbye to our parents and towards the club the boys ask us to meet. It's a club near Ryder Sports. Just a 5min drive from there.

"Do you guys hangout together often?" Zoe asked taking in the surrounding. We were inside a booth waiting for the boys while sipping cocktails.

"Landon and the boys meet up whenever they are in town. And Scott and I join them whenever we can ." I answered.
