" So, you guys up for the trip to the forest this holiday? " I asked.

" Definitely Jose, we' re pumped," Jack said.

" Thanks for inviting us, " Samantha said.

We were all excited to be going to the woods for the holiday. This year, during the spring term break, me and my 4 friends are going to be exploring the woods, we will live in a log cabin my parents own, and the rest, we have to do it ourselves. We're being adventurers this term break.

Everything was planned in detail. Where we would meet, who brings what, everything was ready. This is going to be the best trip ever!

" Remember who's bringing what, " I said. " And remember, we will be living in the pure wilderness, except for the cabin "

" I bring the portable chairs, and can openers since I have them already, " Jack said.

Jack is the sporty, strong one in the group. He has won several medals from several sport types. Jack can do any sport you can name. He's got the gift. Not only that, but he is also the captain of the basketball team, but he isn't like the popular, mean kind of dude, he is the nice, and friendly dude. That's why we get along so well.

" I bring the portable picnic table and also my toolkit, " Richard said. Technically we never told him to bring his tool kit but whatever works right.

Richard is the smart guy. He loves spending his time reading and studying. It's more like a hobby for Richard. Unlike Jack who wins medals for sport, Richard wins trophies, and also he has gotten a lot of certificates for winning educational competitions. Science, Math, English, and many more. He is also very easy - going and kind.

" I'll bring my portable stove, eating utensils, and a pan to fry, " Samantha said.

Samantha is the most popular student in our school. She is the High School Queen! Her parents are super-wealthy. But she isn't arrogant (thankfully!), she is very kind and helpful. She is also pretty smart, she's especially good at economics, maybe her parents have thought her a thing or two about business.

" I will bring a pot to make soup in, mugs to drink with, my picnic mat, and my knife set, " Hazel said.

Hazel is that typical soft girl you know. The one that doesn't interact with people but has a kind heart. Hazel spends her time reading books in class, sometimes talking to us, her close friends, she's an introvert but you would be glad to be her friend.

" I bring the plates, a big water jug, my music player, and my binoculars, " I said. " And, everyone brings their own sleeping bags, they're clothes, soaps, flashlights, raincoats, phones, pocket knives, fan, candles, and money, if you want to bring a pillow, bring it, if maybe Jack wants to bring his precious teddy bear, go ahead Jack "

In seconds Jack was already trying to punch my face but I quickly dodged it. This is so exciting! I'm so excited for Monday, I could hardly wait.

" Don't forget, we will be meeting at school, Monday at 9.00 a.m sharp! We can't afford any lateness, it will take us about 6 hours to get to the cabin, could be longer, so don't be late, " I said. Then we all separated into our own homes. All of us spent the weekend packing for Monday, we all brought one suitcase and a backpack. I was especially excited, this will be my first ever trip with my friends, and it has to be memorable.

" Good morning Josephine! " Samantha exclaimed. She waved her hands high at me. Samantha was indeed very early, I arrived 20 minutes early and Samantha's here already.

" Morning Samantha! You're early, " I said. Samantha just giggled.

Samantha looked very fashionable. She was wearing a basic white shirt, blue jean shorts, and white sneakers. Perfect clothes for spring. She is also carrying her pink backpack and her pink suitcase. Samantha likes pink.

I looked totally normal. Nothing special. Just my normal tank top covered with my navy hoodie and my white jean shorts. With my navy sneakers. I carried my navy backpack and my black suitcase. I am that gothy girl that likes dark colors.

" You look cute, " I commented. I glanced at Samantha's outfit from head to toe. She looks very chic.

" Thanks, you don't look so bad yourself, " Samantha said. It's actually pretty true, I never really pay attention to what I'm wearing. Most of the time I just use anything that I see first.

" Look! There's Richard " Samantha exclaimed. She pointed at the direction. I glanced in that direction and I saw a white car. Richard came out of that car and his servant helped get his luggage down.

" Hey, guys! " Richard exclaimed.

Richard also looks very sporty and casual at the same time. With his white shirt, black cargo pants, black jacket, and regular white sneakers. He looked very casual but stylish.

" Lookin good Richard! " I exclaimed.

Richard just smiled. He walked to us with his black luggage and white backpack.

" Hello Samantha and Josephine, " Richard said.

We just smiled in reply. Richard then walked to the school bench and took out his math book. Then he started diving into it. Seriously? I don't even understand how someone can like studying.

After 5 minutes, Jack and Hazel arrived. Jack and Hazel live near to each other and their parents are friends, that's why they have to be close friends. '

Jack came out with a grey shirt and black jeans. Pretty normal right. He also wears his regular grey sneakers. On his back, his grey backpack was hung. He is also holding the handle to his black suitcase.

Hazel, on the other hand, looks very feminine. She was wearing a silk pink tank top with dark blue jeans and light caramel-colored boots. She also was wearing a white cardigan to cover up the skin. She also put on a light caramel-colored hat with a pink ribbon tied around it.

" Hi, guys! " Hazel and Jack said. They looked at each other and blushed. You can see clearly that they were crushing at each other.

" Hi! " Samantha and I replied.

Jack and Hazel marched to our place.

" Okay, everyone's here, let's go! " I exclaimed. We all walked to Richard, then to my family's van to board it.
