I'm the one to blame;
I thought I was your main.
I always thought you would change
but this was just another stage.
You held the umbrella in the rain.
You told me our train of love would never derail;
but all the things you said were fake.
You left me hurriedly like you were in a race.
It hit me like a hurricane I had nothing to brace.
You broke my heart and caused me nothing but pain.
"I cared
I truly did
but I had to leave ..."
How about the gains?
The calls at 5AM.
The umbrella I held in the rain.
I gave you everything you craved.
I drove you far away.
I broke your heart? No I payed.
I'm sorry for the damages
but the hugs and cuddles should cover all the expenses.
Our love was too expensive
it was going to cost me everything.
I didn't want to hurt you
that's why I had to leave.
I may be the breaker, the villain in your story.
