The Office

Candace started up the stairs Leigh-Anne following closely in behind. They slowly made their way up the stairs coming up on the office. Leigh-Anne then whispers and says, " why are the window's covered? You can't see in or out." Candace whispered back and said, "I don't know that's strange." Leigh-Anne whispers, "Maybe someone has something to hide?" Candace says, "Yeah? Maybe. But if so i wanna know what it is." she started wiggling the door handle. Leigh-Anne then said, "Is it locked or stuck?" Candace said, "Its locked. Step back." Leigh-Anne stepped back, Candace then stepped back as well, and kicked the door to the office with her combat boot. Causing the door to fly open Leigh-Anne then says, As she looked around the room. "Oh my goodness. Candace are you seeing this?" Candace then shook her head, looking around the room saying. "Yeah. I see it. But what is it?" "I'm not sure yet. Do you have time to figure that out without getting caught?" They heard a bang and then something sounding like it was sliding, they both hit the floor hiding under the window, in case shadows could still be seen. Leigh-Anne starting to get a bit scared. "What do you think that was?" she says as her breath getting heavier. "I'm not sure yet. But we will be. Ok. I promise." Candace said placing her hand on Leigh-Anne shoulder, As she was hiding behind Leigh-Anne. "I know i'm safe with you. You won't let anything happen to me." Leigh-Anne smiled as turned around and placed her hand on Candace's, Looking into her eyes Leigh-Anne leans in connecting her lips with Candace's. Catching her off guard again. After a few minutes the girls pulled back from the kiss, As they heard footsteps, Sounding like they were right underneath them, or close by at least. Candace looked at Leigh-Anne. Put her finger to her mouth. Leigh-Anne nodded to signal to Candace that she understood, as she took a gulp in her throat, While feeling a knot in her stomach. They both stayed quiet in case it was The Stallion. Candace didn't want him finding out how close to figuring him out they were. Leigh-Anne was still nervous her breathing still abit heavy, So Candace grabbed Leigh-Anne's hand. Put her finger to her mouth again, and mouth the words "It's gonna be ok." Leigh-Anne nodded, and started to calm down holding Candace's hand.
