Bad Dreams

After the long night Candace had and the letter they read from The Stallion, Candace and Leigh-Anne decided to try to get some rest so they made a pallet in the living room floor to scared to sleep in Candace's room, worried The Stallion would come back seeing as that's what the letter said. The girls laid down on the pallet they had made trying to sleep but they knew they probably couldn't worried, The Stallion will come back so they just laid there and talked and laughed trying to keep themselves from thinking about the fact that he could show up at any minute. After laying there talking for 3 hours they finally fell asleep, Candace in a deep sleep Leigh-Anne in a light sleep incase she heard something or Candace needed her. After a while of being asleep Candace started to whimper, so Leigh-Anne started to wake up in case she needed her Leigh-Anne lying still listening for candace, a few minutes pass by candace started to roll her head and whine she mumbled a few words which were, "no no i'm sorry i wont do it again please i promise n.....NO." Leigh-Anne sits up and starts to try waking Candace she shakes her and says, "Candace wake up it's just a bad dream its ok no one is here CANDACE," she finally woke up screaming sweating and heavily breathing holding on to Leigh-Anne tightly. "Geez your soaked in sweat Candace." Leigh-Anne said as she held her she continues to say, "are you ok what happen you were screaming about something not happening ever again," Candace trying to catch her breath back says, "ye....yeah i w....was dreaming that i had did something my mom didn't like and she wasn't happy about it, she came after me." Leigh-Anne feeling bad for Candace tried to comfort her by saying, "its ok your mom isn't here remember they are gone on a business trip that didn't happen it was just a dream you're ok." Candace realizing it was just a dream replies back buy saying, "yeah i know sorry i...im fine let's just go back to sleep." As the girl's lay back down and there eyes slowly close into the night.
