Imagine Elijah finding out you love reading, so he gets you a library, filled with all your favorite books
"Why do you keep doing this?" You asked, looking over at your boyfriend.
"Doing what?" Elijah asked, holding a half full notebook and a pen.
"Keep asking me my favorite books, I'm running out of ideas," you said.
"No reason, I just like to know everything about you," he said, smiling at you.
"You're weird," you said, causing Elijah to chuckle. He continued asking you for books you liked, and finally, he stopped and walked away. You questioned his actions but thought nothing big of it.

About a week later, you came home from work, and found Elijah standing in front of you, right when you walked in the door. He was holding a copy of your favorite book.
"Hey Lijah," you said, obviously tired out.
"Hello darling," he said, handing you the book.
"Aw, thanks Lijah," you said, looking at it.
"Follow me," he said, taking your other hand. He led you towards a large room that you had previously used as storage. He made you close your eyes before entering.
Once you got inside, he let you look and you stood there shocked. There were lots of shelves, with hundreds of books.
"Oh my god, Elijah," you said, looking around.
"This is why I kept asking your favorite books," he told you.
"Yeah, I kind of got that," you said.
"Do you like it?" He asked.
"Yeah! Why wouldn't I? I love it," you told him, turning to him.
"I'm glad you love it," he said, before kissing you and resting his forehead against yours. His hands were on your hips.
"Thank you, Lijah. I love you," you said, smiling up at him.
"I love you too," he responded.
