Chapter 11: Hater to Lover

River POV
Almost done I said to myself while packing. There we go I said when I was done. Then I heard a knock on my door. Yes I asked while opening the door. Hey River Shiny and Oliver said excitedly. Hey you guys sure are excited, is it because of the trip I asked. Yep we're excited for tomorrow Oliver answered back. Umm River Shiny asked. Yeah I answered back confused. How did you and Psych become a couple she than asked. Why do you want to know I asked still confused. Well I know everyone else came together and I was just curious she then said. I thought for a while before saying Alright I will tell you the story. Alright it started when Night and I were still in Starry Town.

-About 2 months ago back in Starry Town
At night at the Hotel in the room

Finally my dream is going to be a reality Night said happily. Yep I can't wait for everyone to be together I said back. Alright good night River Night said to me. Good night bro I said before I fell asleep.

The next day

I woke up and saw Night making breakfast for me and himself. Morning bro I said. Morning, here you go he said while handing me a bowl of berries. When I was done eating I told him I was going out and went to the lobby. Wonder what I will do today I asked myself. I then saw Psych so I walked up to her. Hey I said. sounded annoyed I asked. Well I just want to be left alone and draw but what. Well I was bored so I wanted to know if you wanted to have some fun with me I told her. She then looked at me like I was crazy while blushing hard. I quickly realized why she was blushing and started blushing hard myself. S-sorry I d-didn't m-mean it like t-that I said. I-it okay she said. Thanks I meant do you want to go somewhere with me in town I explained. If you want I could go get you some supplies for drawing. Oh ok I guess. We then both left the hotel to go to town.

At Town

Alright first lets go to the gift shop since they usually have drawing pads Psych said before starting to walk away. Ok lets go I said walking behind her. We both walked into the gift shop. Okay I will buy you anything you want okay I asked her. Okay thanks she said back. She then got some drawing pads and came to the counter where I was waiting at. You done I asked her to with she nodded. I brought it for her and we went outside. Hey River why did you pay for me she asked. My treat I said and winked at her which made her blush a little. It then turned silent for a little bit until we both heard a rumble for Psych's belly. You hungry I then asked while chuckling. She nodded as she looked away embarrassed. No need to be embarrassed, look lets go to that restaurant and get some food okay I asked. Okay lets go she said back as we walked into the restaurant. We walked into the restaurant and sat at one of the table. Psych I have to the bathroom, I will be right back I said and went to the bathroom. When I came back Psych was gone for the table. I wonder where she went I asked myself. I then heard a scream for outside. I ran to it and it lead me to an alley. When I looked into the alley I found an umbreon pinning Psych to a wall. Now lets have some fun~ the umbreon said with a smirk. I now knew what was happening and I was not about to let Psych get raped on my watch. I charged up and fired a massive hydro pump at the umbreon and knocked him out cold. Psych then looked and ran to to me and gave a hug. I hugged her back and I noticed that she was crying. Everything okay now alright I asked her to which she nodded. Sorry she said. For what I asked her confused. For being a jerk to you she then said. Don't worry about it we are friends aren't we I then asked. Yes thank you River she said finally breaking up the hug. No problem lets go back to the restaurant I said. We both went back to the restaurant and ate some food. We both left full and went back to the hotel. Thanks for taking me to town Psych said. No problem glad you had a good time I said. Well guess I will see you tomorrow bye I then said. Bye River she said back and we both went to our rooms. I knocked on the door and Night opened it. Hey bro come in he greeted my into our room. I came in and jumped onto my bed. Man I can't wait for tomorrow and to see Psych again. Wait why am I thinking about Psych. Wait do I have a crush on her. I started to blush hard when I was thinking about her and me together. Hey bro you okay Night said shooting me straight out of my thoughts. Yeah I'm good lets go to bed I said back. Ok good night man Night said and almost instantly he fell asleep. Wow he must had been tired I said to myself before I fell asleep too.

At night

I was sleeping when something woke me up. I then opened my eyes to see an espeon nuzzling me. I started to blush when I realized who the espeon was. Psych I asked. Yeah she said back embarrassed at what she was doing. Why are you in my hotel room I asked confused. I needed to talk to you she then said. Ok I said now fully up. Also sorry about sneaking into your room. It ok so what is it I asked. River I l... I li... River I like you she said with a blush. I like you too, your a good friend I said not fully understanding her confession. No River I love you she said with her face turning red. But why me I asked her. Because you're nice, cute, and you saved me she told me. My heart started to beat faster and I started to light-headed but I went close to her, grabbed her paws, and kissed her. I then pulled back and looked at her. I love you too I said to her. She then started to cry and hugged me. Hey it's okay want to be my girlfriend I asked her. She looked at me with a smile and nodded. We both kissed again and smiled at each other. We should get some sleep Psych said. Your right good night Psych I said. Good night River she said back. She then left the room and I went to sleep happy that I had a girlfriend.

Back to the present

And that was the story of how me and Psych became a couple I said to the kids. Ok thanks River Shiny said back. Now did you two finish packing your stuff for the trip I asked them. Yep they said back. Good because we are leaving tomorrow I said. Hey River do you now where we are going Oliver asked. No only Night knows sorry I said. It okay bye both Shiny and Oliver said before leaving my room. Heh those two are made for each other I said to myself. Just like us Psych said coming into my room. Yep I said before kissing her. Wanna go on a date today I asked her. Yeah sure lets go Psych said. We both than walked out of my room and went on our date.
