Walking out of his office on the phone, he was shooken up. He didn't understand why his mother was out here in Philly. He hasn't seen her since he was 14.

"Son are you listening." His father spoke.

"Yea...so she did she say why she wanna talk to me? Why now?" He said.

"Just breathe kid.....I gave her your number she'll call you. Everything will be fine. I mean our little talk went good.....just hear her out." His father said.

Hanging up he went to pick up his daughter from school.

"Dad I gotta game Friday against the pythons we gonna kick they butt." She said eating her fruit platter.

"Ima be there to make sure. What you tryna do any suggestions...or you wanna go home." He said focusing on the road.

"Tooo be honeeest.... I have plans already." She giggled.

"Huh? Plaaaans? Wit who." He said alrdy knowing.

"Ejay daddy....Uncle Tom bringing him over. Soo I gotta cancel on you." She laughed.

"Wow it be ya own daughter." He said, faking hurt.

"Daddy stop iiit....it is the weekend..so we can hang out still." She said.

"I guess." He sighed being dramatic, as his car speaker rang showing an unfamiliar number.

"Yooo!" He answered waiting for them to talk.

"Ky?" The woman voice rang through the car. He didn't say anything for a minute. He hasn't talked or seen his mother's in years.

"Yes.. this is he." He said clearing his throat.

"How have you been. I know you talked to your father and...I wanted to know if we could talk." She asked.

"Now is not a good time....I'm actually going home." He said.

"I'm actually parked outside your house.. ....your father-

"Of course he did....ill be there in 10." He said hanging up the phone. To say he was pissed. How could his father do this to him. It was too soon. He knew he was gonna blow up. He knew this was gonna set him back emotionally.

He hated the fact his father wanted to play nice nice. He dosent know the shit he went through. Of course he loved his mother...He yawn for her since he was 10. Anyone would. But to choose drugs and men over your family somethin ain't right. And letting men abuse your own blood wasn't right.

Flashback

10 year old Oni stood in his mother closet scared to come out. His father and his mother separated...so he got her a place so she'd be able to have her son over..when he was at work. His father still loved Asia with all his heart. Even though they weren't together no more. He swore that they'd get it together in the future, for the sake of their son.

Walking into the living. He seen his mother with needles and pipes laid out. With a big buff guy lighting the one to her lip. "Mama I'm hungry." He said.

"Give me a minute Oni." She slurred.

"But mama-

"Aye boy! Fuck she just tell you." The buff man said.

"Nigga you ain't my daddy." Young Oni said. Standing up he walk over back handing him across the face.

Fighting back, he was not no match. Taking off his belt the man dragged him into the bathroom, where he screamed for his mother. The only thing his mother told him,  was to watch his mouth. That went on for a long 3 summer months.  Until it just happened on the weekends...Until his father showed up to his mother apartment unannounced. Seeing the filthy place . But what broke his heart more was her having sex with another.  She didn't even care he was there. She was sooo high to even notice he took his son and moved.

End of flashback.

"DADDY!" His daughter screamed. Seeing big truck lights coming towards him. He tried to swerve but got hit anyways. Causing everything to go black.

Opening his eyes he was upside down in his car. He groaned feeling the pain shoot through his whole body. He had glass in his side and he couldn't feel his right leg.

"I am so sorry. The road was so slippery.. I- I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. I KOST CONTROL!" The man pleaded trying to open his door, but it was smashed.

Heairng the sirens was a relief. Until he realized his daughter is in the backseat.  Turing around she was out cold.

"Mimi! MIMI! NIEMI! Please baby...please baby! God please don't do this to me. Mimi!" He cried. He couldn't tell if she was breathing but the site of her shattered his heart.

"Baby girl....DADDY here... Okay I love u boo." He sobbed.

"Sir sir...we need you calm down." Emts said.

"Get my daughter! Please do her first, get her out please." He said.

"Okay sir..okay sir." The woman said. She wanted to cry but she knew she couldn't. But she Damn sure be crying tonight and praying.

Meanwhile

Ebony laughed and talked with Sara who was braiding Ejay's hair. Hearing her phone rings she stopped.

"Hey To-, what omg ! Oh god. We're on our way I'm with her now.". Handing up, she turned towards Ebony.

"What's wrong?" Ebony said.

"Its Oni...He was in a horrible accident...and Mimi was with him." She said.

Feeling like she just hit with bricks she grabbed her phone calling him over and over. "We have to go!" She said running out the house. She couldn't lose them....she was to deep in love with him...so deep she was carrying his seed.
