Six Feet Under The Stars

"Leo," I whined. "Where are we going?"

"Calm down Gemi. We're almost there." He replied.

I began to pick at the blindfold over my eyes, trying to unknot it. He slapped my hands away and held them in my lap. I poured, turning to face him in my seat. "Don't call me Gemi. My name is Gemini. And I don't real-"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. I've heard it before Gemi. And I don't really appreciate it when you call me that, even though I am your boyfriend." He finished my sentence. "And I would very much appreciate it if you keep your pretty little mouth shut."

I pouted in my seat as he continued driving. I reached over armrest and grabbed his hand. He immediately intertwined our hands. I smiled. I'm very happy I found the perfect boyfriend.

Big green eyes that could make anyone melt. Shaggy brown hair, that always hung in his eyes. A perfect Adonis body, and an ass that could outshine Spain's. Compared to my weird amethyst eyes, raven colored hair, and lanky build. I don't know why he chose me but I wasn't questioning him.

The car had stopped. I wish I could know where we are. But before I could speak, Leo got out, walked around the car, unlocked my door, and picked me up bridal style. I squealed and clung to his loos shirt.

"Leo, where are we going?" I mumbled into his chest. He just continued to walk, ignoring my question. "Leelee, I asked you something"

"Relax Gemi. We're almost there."

I was silent after that. After kidnapping me from my house, he blindfolded me and drove somewhere. All I could hear was the wind blowing through the trees and the steady beat of his heart. He set me down a few minutes later.

"Okay. We're here. Don't freak okay?" He took off the blindfold and I nearly screamed.

We were on the edge of a cliff, overlooking the sea. I could tell we were miles from anyone, because the stars were so bright. There were so many. I turned around and saw he even blew up a kiddie pool and stuffed it full of pillows and blankets. Behind that I could see a distant mountain range. The Northern Lights erupting behind it.

I ran back to Leo, as he was getting food from the trunk of his 1967 Chevy Impala. I attacked him in an enormous hug. He chuckled. A light rumble that echoed through being, and embraced me.

"I'm glad you like it Gemi. I've been planning this for weeks." I spoke into my hair.

"I'm so happy, Leo. It feels like my hearts going to burst out of my chest. I really love you right now. I hope you know that." I whispered the last part inot his chest.

He then pulled away, a small whimper escaping my lips. Leo pecked them lightlyand grabbed my hand, the food in his other. I shut the trunk and led us towards the kiddie pool. Leo set aside the food, picked me up, pecking me lightly, and set be in the surpisingly comfy pillows and blankets. He crawled in right beside me, covering both of us with several blankets.

"It feels as though we're six feet uder the stars, doesn't it? I love you Gemini Cody Holmes." He spoke softly. I could feel tears of pure joy and contentment coursing down my cheeks as a leaned up and kissed him.

"I love you too Leo Riker Hopkins."
