Ahsoka pov

"It is all your fault two of my best men are in the med bay dying! I can't believe you are my padawan!" My master yelled mad and slammed the door as he walked out. I feel tears run down my face before I could stop them. I bring my knees to my chest. I had made a mistake on the mission. Accidentally set off a bomb. Fives and echo had pushed me out of the way but they ended up getting caught at the edge of the explosion, they are in the medbay now.

I hear my door open. "Ahsoka what's wrong?" I hear someone say. I look up to see Rex. "Anakin yelled at me" I said wiping my tears. Rex frowned a little. He knew how much I needed Anakin's approval and how much it hurt when he yelled at me. Cause if anakin yells, nothing nice comes out fo that mouth.

He walks over to me. "You know none of us blame you for the bomb. And fives and echo are expected to make a full recovery, no one died" he said softly as he sat down next to me.

"But I'm the reason they nearly died" I said as more tears fell. "Soka, you told them to get back but they wanted to get you safe. They choice to sacrifice themselves, and no one saw the bomb. You just happened to step wrong" he said.

"But I should have known. I'm the chosen ones padawan, I need to be as great as him" I said crying more. It is so much pressure being Anakin's padawan.

"Ahsoka, he didn't notice the bomb either" He said. I shrug my shoulders. "I was in the front of everyone, I should have seen it" I said. He sighed.

"Ahsoka, I didn't motice the Bomb either, and I was right beside you" he said. "Then why is anakin only yelling at me. No offense Rex but he should have yelled at you too" I said. He nodded sadly.

"Ahsoka he is just s stressed at the moment, he didn't mean to take it out on you" he said. I shrug my shoulders. "His words still hurt" I said sadly as more tears fell.

I feel an arm go around my shoulders. Pulling me closer to Rex. I rest my head on rexs shoulder. "I know they do. But just know, when ever he yells at you and says mean things. He dosnt mean it. I've heard him talking to the senator about it before" he said. I look up at him.

"What is going on with him and the senator anyways?" I asked. He chuckled. "Honestly, I think there more then friends" he said. I laugh a little at that. "There's that smile" he said happily.

I smile a little more. "So how are fives and echo? What are their injuries?" I asked.

"Well fives has a broken foot and concussion" he started but I interrupted. "The Bomb gave him a concussion?" I asked feeling guilty.

"No fives was pretending to shoot himself because he was dying of boredom in the medbay, but instead on falling onto the bed, he fell face first onto the floor" Rex said. I laugh a little.

"Of course he did" I said. "And echo?" I asked. "Echo has a broken arm and headache from fives complaining" Rex said. I laugh a little more.

"Fives is always a nightmare when he is stuck in the medbay" I said laughing. "Yeah, they have been asking to see you" he said. "Why would they want to see me?" I asked.

"Well they wanted to let you know they don't blame you" he said. I nodded a little. "So you want to go now?" Rex asked. I nodded and we got up. We walk to the medbay.

I'm about to open the door when I hear a crash followed by a "FIVES GET BACK ONTO THE BED OR I WILL KILL YOU". I look at Rex. We quickly turned around and walked away not wanting to see kix when he was mad.
