The day i fell for him

What is this feeling?, whenever I'm around Kageyama my heart beats fast and I get this  weird feeling in my stomach. I've never felt this way around him befor-
"Oi dumbass! Stop spacing out in the middle of practice!" I snap back into reality and see a very tall man standing over me with a very angry look on his face.
"Sor-sorry Kageyama" he's so close to me, I can feel my face heating up.
"Start paying attention!" He hits me on my head
"Owiieee!, that hurts!" I cry rubbing the top of my head
"Can you to please get back to practice" Shouts Daichi
"Yes sorry captain" we both say in sync then quickly get back to practicing our tosses.

At lunch time

"What were you spacing out for during practice?" Kageyama asks with a suspicious look on his face
"Oh umm I was just thinking about an assignment!" I say quickly hoping he believes me, I take a bite out of my meat bun and don't say anything more.
"Alright....just don't space out again!" He says with an angry tone, I just nod in response. "You have something on your face dumbass" he reaches his hand out and lightly brush some crumbs of my face, in that moment our eyes lock. I can feel my face heating up, we're both just frozen there looking at each other, luckily the bell rings and Kageyama and I pull our eyes away from each other and quickly start to pack up our lunches, I do not look back up at Kageyama. We say our goodbyes and head to class my mind is racing, now I know why I feel that away around him and why whenever he gets close to me my heart beats really fast, i-I'm in l-love with Kageyama.

For the rest of the day that's all I can think about, I can't be in love with a guy! I'm straight.. aren't I?, I mean I've never really liked a girl before but I told myself it was because I was short and most girls were taller then me. I have to ask someone what being in love feels like so I know for sure but who will I ask?, maybe I could ask the girls in my class or sugawara maybe?. "Ugh!" I bang my head against my desk why is this so hard for me!,
"Hinata! What do you think you"re doing banging your head against the desk disturbing everyone in the class!?"
I look up and realise everyone is staring at me "Sor-sorry sir" I say.
"Just because you're not interested in what we're learning doesn't mean others aren't" he has an angry look on his face, I know I'm about to get in trouble. "Sorry sir I won't do it again" I say as I sit up straighter, he just glares at me then continues teaching. I go back into my world of thought and decide to ask sugawara after school.

After school

Straight after last period I go  to the third year lockers in hope of finding him, I'm not sure where  his locker is so I wander around aimlessly for a while and a bunch of scary third years keep staring at me. Eventually I find him talking to Daichi as I approach him he notices me and waves.
"Hey Sugawara do you think we could talk?" I ask keeping my head down, I'm starting to think this was a bad idea,
"Yeah sure Hinita let me just grab my stuff" he says with a warm smile which makes me feel better, "I'll talk to you tomorrow Daichi bye".
"Alright see you guys at practice" Daichi says as he started to walk away,
"Bye captain" I say with a small smile.
"So what did you wanna talk about?" Sugawara asks, I take a deep breath and look down
"I think I might be in l-love with Kageyama"

This is my first story so please tell me if there is anything I can do to improve it, I know that this didn't really get into the Hanahaki Disease but I wanted to start off  with when he fell in love with Kageyama. Please tell me if there are any spelling mistakes or grammar mistakes. The next chapter I will get into the hanahaki disease more and thank you for reading my first ever fanfic!.
