Got A Rival?

Taehyung did come to school with Yoongi but the older just shooed him away with Jimin when he caught a glimpse of the latter.

It's the break now but the fact that Jimin ran away after the dance teacher just when he saw her, to sign in for the dance class, Taehyung was left alone in the busy hallways so he decided to follow his bestfriend and ran behind him but seems like he lost him.

"Jimin?!" He panicked. He lost him, not really but yeah. So he turned around to go back to Yoongi because if he stays alone and by chance Jungkook caught him alone then he's going to hear an earful from the older as he's a bit(very much) overprotective towards him.

He then saw a crowd infront of him.

'Seesh people have no manners crowding in the middle of the hallway'

He closes his eyes,hold his hand infront of him, folded his hands in a clapping manner and pushed through the crowd.

"Ow fuck"

'Oops'

He opened his eyes to see his folded hands are poking the back of a very muscular back. The person turned around and glared at him but instantly his expression changed that into shock. The person was holding another person by collar ready to beat him. Maybe he's the one who attracted this crowd.

'Damn I went straight into the lion's den'

"I'm sorry" Taehyung bowed a whole 90°.

"Uh.... ok who are you? I've never seen you on campus"

"I.. um I'm a first-year here. Kim Taehyung"

"Mhmm I'm Kim Mingyu, 2nd year"

"O-oh. Well then I should be going-"

He was about to slip away but Mingyu put a hand on his shoulder stopping.

"Oh yeah? What's the rush? Why don't we talk h-"

"No, he won't. Not with you atleast" another person slipped a hand into Taehyung's waist but instead he felt relieved knowing that it's Jungkook.

"Pathetic are we? Claiming him because I first approached him?" Mingyu scoffed.

"Claiming?" Jungkook snorted. "I don't have to. He's already mine" he glared with his eyes turning dark.

"Oh? He's your boyfriend?"

"No, but-"

"Then he's not yours"

"You b-"

Now half of the campus came to see the scene going on. I mean everybody loves a good drama right?

Taehyung started feeling uncomfortable with the number of eyes were on him. He tugged on Jungkook's sleeves.

"Kookie... Let's go" Taehyung said with a small voice. Jungkook felt bad and nodded. Taehyung comes first. This useless argument can go to hell.

Jungkook glared at some students and all of them shuddered and make a way for him. Jungkook quickly took Taehyung with him and went near a tree in the playground where there were few students.

"Are you ok?" Jungkook cupped his face to which Taehyung nodded.

"And anyways why did-"

"I'm sorry!" Taehyung quickly cut him off and closed his eyes ready to hear some earfull of scoldings.

Jungkook sighed. "It's fine, open your eyes"

Taehyung slowly opened his eyes.

"But you better not roam alone in the campus and avoid that jerk as much as possible yeah?"
