Can You Let Me Love You?

Jungkook gulped. Taehyung was intently watching him while he is peacefully studying.

"Can you not?" Jungkook asked, not being able to stop his bolting heart.

Taehyung smiled brightly and shook his head. It's been about a month or two since that date Taehyung went to, with Mingyu. He was quiet that day, falling into Jungkook arms while Jungkook was going bonkers asking him why is he so silent and also how did his date go. And truthfully, he hasn't got the answers yet. But one thing changed. Taehyung has been looking at the older with heart eyes that are obviously making Jungkook have goosebumps because the boy has not once looked at him like that, well until since a month or so ago.

"Oh Jimin!" Taehyung yelled and got up from the chair and ran outside the library, following the shorter male who can't hear him because he has stuffed earphones in his ears.

Finally the male catch-up to the shorter one and tapped his shoulder.

"Hm?" Jimin turned around to see a huffing Taehyung.

"Yah! Who told you to run!" Jimin started nagging the poor boy while giving him his water bottle.

"Thanks-" Taehyung gulped down the water and sat on the nearest stairs with Jimin following.

"-I called you but you had your Earphones on" Taehyung spoke.

"Oh" Jimin realised and shook his head.

"Let me guess, you went to the library to bug Jungkook again?"

"Noo- I- I just want his attention" Taehyung fiddled with his fingers. The male has told Jimin about his feelings the very same day he realised. Jimin wanted to help him but Taehyung said that he'll tell his feelings to Jungkook by himself, without anybody's help and well, it's been already so so many days already.

"I think... I need your help afterall" Taehyung spoke after thinking about his fail attempts of confessing where he couldn't even utter a single word and Jungkook shooing him away.

"Took you long enough.." Jimin sighed.

"But Minie.. I don't even know if Kookie feels the same way as me.." Taehyung spoke unsure. He definitely doesn't want to be flat-out rejected.

"Hm.. let's see.. How about we test him?" Jimin suggested. He saw Yoongi approaching them and quickly tapped Taehyung's shoulders.

"Yoongi hyung is coming.. let's chat about this later"

Taehyung nodded his head.

"Are you planning to prank me or something? I caught that. I saw you two whispering while staring me down" Yoongi raised his eyebrows, suspicious of the two.

"No, we were just talking.." Taehyung spoke.

"About me?" Yoongi closes into them.

"Uh.. yeah Jiminwantstosaythathelovesyou" Taehyung blurted and quickly stood up and ran towards the main building.

"WHAT?!" Both Jimin and Yoongi yelled. Both glanced at each other. Feeling the blood rush their cheeks, both snapped their heads somewhere else.

"H-he's just b-blabbing nonsense" Jimin retorted.

"I-I k-know" Yoongi scratches his neck and picked up Jimin's bag.

"I'll drop you"

"O-ok" Jimin shuttered, following behind Yoongi to his car.

"Did he finally asked him out?" Jungkook saw the two male blushing furiously while walking towards the parking lot. "Where's Tae?" Jungkook looked around and went towards his classroom thinking that he might be there. On the way, he saw Taehyung approaching him with his bag.
