X-mas

It was Christmas Eve and Lily was in Godrics Hollow while Harry was at Draco's. Narcissa decided to tag along to get out of the house and spend time with Lily. It was snowing outside of the church in Godrics Hollow and they were singing Christmas carols. Narcissa decided to stay outside since it was Lily's Hometown.

Lily entered the church and found a pew at the back and started singing along with the carols. She was always known to have a projecting voice and everyone loved it. It was beautiful. When she was singing a free people looked around and if their eyes landed on her, they froze completely. As she started to sing more more and more people started to hear it and eventually the whole church was looking at her. It wasn't a big church with a lot of people, just the town folk. People started to cry because Lily Potter is back.

As Narcissa waited, she decided to walk around the cemetery and look around. She was walking past a few gravestones and came across Lily and James' stone. She was happy that Lily was back and mad at James for being an ass. She walked more and came across another tombstone. It was Percivals. It had the Deathly Hallows on it.

"Narcissa?" Lily called from a distance. Narcissa turns to find Lily walking towards her. "There you are. Enjoying the view?" Narcissa nodded and Lily wrapped her arms around her waist. "Yes. I was just walking around, looking." Lily smiled. "Well, there's something I want to show you." Lily took Narcissa hand in hers and Lily lead the way. They came up on a house. The roof was destroyed and so were other parts. Lily let out a shaky breath. "Come on, let's go in." Lily said. Narcissa look frightened, "It's okay." Lily assured her and they went in.

"Lumos."

Debris was everywhere. Pieces of wall, ceiling, tables where scattered everywhere. The place was also full of cobwebs, disgusting. Lily headed up the stairs with Narcissa in tow and headed to a room. It was a nursery, this is where the roof was destroyed. Flashbacks came to Lily of her talking to Harry, Voldemort killing James, Lily sacrificing herself, and Severus holding Lily after she died. Tears started to glow down her eyes but she quickly wiped them away and sniffed. "Lily, what is this place?"

"This, Cissa, is where I died. Right here in this room. James was on the floor dead in the hallway, Harry was in the crib and I was standing right here, protecting him. He was staring at me, into my soul, called me a mudblood and killed me. He tried to kill Harry but as you know, he couldn't. But it doesn't do to dwell on the past, we're all past that. I'm alive, Harry's alive, Voldemort's gone. I was planning to rebuild it this summer." Tears started to flow down Lily's cheeks again and Narcissa comforted her. She had a plan. "Come on, let's go home." Lily nodded and they apparated home.

That night, Narcissa was ready to execute her plan. Lily was already fast asleep on their bed but the boys were up. "Boys, if Lily asks where I am, say I had to do last minute shopping." They nodded and she was off. She landed in Godrics Hollow in front of Lily's house. She wanted to rebuild it for Lily as her Christmas present to her. She put up a delusion charm so she wouldn't get seen by muggles. She started with the roof and fixed that. She then went inside and got all of the cobwebs out of the house. Next, she went to the hallway on the ground floor. Then she went upstairs and fixed the hallway. Finally, she went into Harry's old Nursery and fixed all of that. She noticed that there was a mural on the wall so she touched that up. Thank god she has a thing for art. By the time she was finished, it was the very early hours of the morning and it looked like it was brand new. She could finally go home and get some sleep.

When Lily woke up, she saw that Narcissa wasn't on her side of the bed. She went to go off and look fer her and found her in the kitchen making breakfast. "Smells lovely." When she was done, she called the boys down and they both came like lightning. When they all finished their breakfast, they all went to the Living Room to open presents. Lily and Narcissa were seated on the couch, with Harry and Draco on the floor. "Alright, Harry you first." Lily said. He opened the one from Lily first, it was a new broomstick polishing kit. "Thanks mum." Lily smiled. Draco had gotten him a little charm bracelet and Narcissa had gotten him a photo album of Draco since Draco wouldn't let him see his. Harry laughed out loud at this and Narcissa Smirked.
