Star Wars: A Xane Story

Chapter 3

I only had a blaster. But with the odds i still shot at Malicos and he blocked it. Then i continued to shoot more. But then he deflected one of the blast and it hit my hand it made me drop my blaster. The blaster fell of the Platform. Pain was going through my hand.
"I'm giving you a chance to run. I would consider taking it" Malicos said
"Run?" I said
"Or do you want to die?" Malicos said
Then i looked at Rys and Cal. They look helpless. Then i looked back at Malicos and i nodded accepting his offer. Then i turned around and walked away from all of them.
"Xane" Rys said
I stopped but stayed silent
"Why are you doing this?" Rys asked
"A old friend said that I'm a survivor and i wanted to ask her but she's gone now" I said
Then i continued to walk away. Then i heard Malicos readying an attack to kill Rys.
"Please Xane" Cal said
"..." I stayed silent.
"Do you not have any last words for them?" Malicos asked
"Yeah, i do" I said
"I'm...........sorry" I said

This is what happened. My hand got shot and in a lot of pain. My friends losing to a sith and now their asking for help. If i help i will die and they would have the chance to strike down Malicos. The choice is i die and they live or they die so i can live. But I've already made my choice to walk away and live another day. I'm sorry but Im a survivor. I have to look out for myself first. Even if i fight i would probably die.
"It's calling you" A voice said
"Whose talking?" I asked
"It's calling out for you." The voice said
"What's calling out for me?"I asked
Then i felt a sudden cold and i heard breathing. Then i looked in front of me was another sith. Wearing black and breathes using his mask. The cold, the anger, the hatred. It was nothing i felt before. A Sith Lord.
"You have failed me. Inquisitor " The Sith Lord said
Then suddenly i couldn't move. I was stuck in place. He was getting closer. Then when he got close. He readied his lightsaber to strike me down.
"AHH!" I screamed while i was scared.
But then he was gone. He wasn't in front of me anymore. My whole body was shaking. Then when i looked at my hand. I was holding a lightsaber. My hand was shaking too. Scared i was.
"I......i....i can't" I said
Then when i looked back at Rys and Cal. They looked helpless. Their eyes was asking for help.
"Xane" Rys said
But i stayed silent.
"Why are you doing this?" Rys asked
"A old friend of mine said that im a survivor. I wanted to ask her something but she's gone." I said
"Please Xane" Cal said
I stayed silent and walked away with a lightsaber in hand.
"Don't you have any last words for them?" Malicos asked
"Yeah, i do" I said
"I'm......sorry" I said
Then Malicos was preparing to strike Rys down.
"Please" Rys said
"Im....so sorry" I said then i ignited the lightsaber and launched an attack.
But Malicos blocked the attack and i backed away.
"Brave of you Jedi!" Malicos said
"I'm not scared of you" I said
"No, but I'm feeling regret of you holding that lightsaber" Malicos said
"I sense fear in you!" Malicos said
After he said that i felt my hand shaking. A sense of cold breezed by. But that won't stop me and i launched my attack. Malicos blocked every attack. Out Sabers were clashing to another then he clashed his saber with mine. But then the other lightsaber in his hand was going to hit my leg. But i blocked it.
"A Double Bladed Lightsaber?!" Malicos said
"You're not the only one with tricks" I said
Then Malicos used Force pushed on me and it made room for both of us.
"Scared?" I said
"Hah, scared? You should look at yourself. Shaking." Malicos said
I stayed silent.
"Nothing to respond to that. Hah, your lightsaber. One sided is red and the other is blue." Malicos said
When he said that. I looked at my lightsaber. He was right. One sided is red and the other is blue.
"You didn't even know about it. Your lightsaber. Seems familiar. Another jedi perhaps." Malicos said
I stayed silent and focused. But when he said that. It left a shock on my face.
"Now i remember. That lightsaber reminds me of Velan Toguk's lightsaber. It isn't her's but it look like her's" Malicos said
"YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SAY HER NAME!" I said then launched an attack.
But Malicos still blocked and dodged all of my attacks.
"She was strong in the force. It was a shame to hear that she died protecting someone" Malicos said
"SHUT UP!" I screamed then launched more attacks.
"Good. More aggressive!" Malicos said
Then i launched my attacks at Malicos. He kept dodging and blocking. I was tired. I was breathing heavily.
"Tired already. Maybe that's why she died. A weak-" Malicos said then
Then aggressively i attacked. Malicos was still blocking my attacks but he wasn't dodging them. Then while attacking i ignited the other side of my lightsaber and continued to attacked. Then we clashed sabers.
"All of those attacks. None of them have hit me yet. You are weak" Malicos said
"My.........Hope......is.....lost" I said while breathing heavily.
Then i pushed Malicos's lightsaber away and that left an opening and i drove the saber through his left side of his body. But then i noticed what happened. I drove the red side of the lightsaber through him. Then i pulled the saber out and i turned off the lightsaber and i let go of the lightsaber.
