Chapter 4

Hey there myself... in the future hopefully you are in the right path hehe.... Eventhough now we have some bumps in our relationship. Hopefully in the future we are still strong together...  

It has been a month from our first date. Where we announce ourselves as a couple. Things have been going well for both of us. Tonight we watched a movie in theatre near our university. We watched 'Friend but Married'. The movie is almost like our relationship in it's own certain way. From friendzone into couple. What a nice coincidence right... ^ - ^

Tonight, our first fight as a couple. Not a fight... Just a misunderstand.

Before we watched,  we wanted to buy some popcorns. Just before I paid the popcorns Violet stops me. She said that she wanted to paid the popcorns, because I have paid her tickets also. But I insisted to paid the popcorns. I mean... might as well Vi. 

She is not okay with it. Well I am okay with it. So we had a little arguments about it, I know it was a stupid matter to fight about. Until now I still feel bad to Violet. Finally Violet give in on the popcorns after I shut her out by saying

" I will pay for the popcorns Vi!!"

She knew it wasn't worth it to waste our energy on that matter.
I knew she was a bit upset to me. No, not upset now it just hit me. I think Violet isn't comfortable with my money management because I always pays more when we go out. She just want to share and split our cost each time we went out. 

Why I realized it now?... Estupido... you already mad on her. We already mad with each other. Next time listen and think first okay EVAN!!!...

After that heated conversation the first fifteen minutes of the movies she doesn't talk to me at all. Luckily the movie is romance comedy so it calmed our tension down. After the movie ends, as we walked out from the theatre. I said my apology to her.

Violet then continued to said that

" It was fine Evan, but next time we go out together we split the payment okay. We are now couple Evan. I am fine with us splitting the payment together Van. You should start opened up to me also."

I nodded and look at her with my okay smile, saying that I agree with her opinion. She noticed my smile and hold my hands as we walk back to our university dorm.

It has been a long time since our last hangout together at the pool bar near our university. We each got more busy and busy with our schedule. Plus I got a part time job as a waiter and a pet shoopkeeper now... It's right what people said. Getting old means more responsibility to handle.

Anyways thanks to my job now, I can save up for the future. That's a good news. My job was nice. The payment is not that great but it helps me.

Hey better have something than doesn't have anything right ??...

Anyways if I remember correctly last time we hangout was before summer break, in April I think. Since then a lot has changed, the gengs are now at the beginning of the third semester. In the third semester we started to get devoted and seperated towards one interest major that we each choose. 

That means we now have our own responsibility and less time to hangout. Do you want to know what my friends choose?? 3... 2... 1...

DUARRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!.....

Pardon me, I am going crazy for a moment there. Let me catch a breath and a one redbull's. This is 1 am right now, the time I write this. It's Saturday Night, tomorrow is Sunday. A day off finally...

Okay continue, Bayu choose educational psychology which is a shocker to all of us. I though Bayu was gonna continue on something like sport or even focus on his athlete life. I will tell you next time why I predict Bayu like this. He is just so good at sports. Really you gotta see him when he plays. 

When we asked him why educational psychology? He just said, " I just liked it, I liked teaching and helping others I think."

Mr. Classic..., Beni choose performance and communication arts. Not quite a shocker though. We all have quite predicted it. 

Nina choose the same like me jurnalism, we both like jurnalism. She is more into the spotlight, the front screen, like the news anchor or the host. While I was more to the back screen, the producer/editor/script supervisor or even director. I like the behind the scenes. But it's good to have Nina as my classmates again. We have that Professor X and Wolverine connection. 

Violet my girlfriend choose childs doctor as her interest. That is very cute. But if you ask me I think she should major on paramedics, I just feel that she will be a good one. Always willing and know how to help people. But it's her choice. I know to be doctor, the strugle to achieve it was very hard. Yet she still had the time to spent together with me...

I forget to tell in front that tonight we finally hangout again. Tonight we met again... 

All of us hangout again at the pool bar, finally it's quite a while...

But... our hangout, tonight was different. As I played pool with Bayu and Violet which is now also a pro, thanks to Bayu on that. He is a good teacher actually. Well...while we played...

I noticed quite a spark between Beni and Nina tonight. Why do I know? Because the thing that Nina always said to me when I fell in love with Violet happen between them tonight.

Beni stared at Nina for quite some time, and when Nina noticed it Beni quickly turn his eyes away from her. Realizing this I told Bayu and Violet to look at Nina and Beni which is sitting together on the chair near the bartender table. We watched Beni, as once again he make a move staring at Nina, but this time Nina caught Beni, slap Beni in the shoulder and said

" Why are you looking at me?"

"I don't know, you are just so beautiful tonight."

Beni replied shock Nina of course... and us. We laugh together at their doing. They notice our laugh and both of them looked shock, as they turn their head at us. 

Yes we have been watching both of you. I even roast Bayu a bit after that. 

" Hey, Bayu how are you doing? The ONE and only my true SINGLE friend." Bayu just laughed at my joke and said

" I will meet someone, one day."

Violet and I laughed at that replied. Until now I still don't know why Bayu is still single?

He is one of our main football athlete, he is a very nice guy, he is a down to earth person, and a nice teacher. In our grups he is the ones who always ready to help and teach any of us. He always ready to listen any of our confide. 

Maybe he was too nice for the girls? Maybe girls don't like that. Maybe girls like bad guys more...  

I don't know. Who am I ??... I am not an expert on this.

Well I hope someday you'll meet someone who really loves you Bay. Even if it's still a long time searching for your true love, you will always have your friends . We'll always be there for each other.

To recap it off, I think tonight was a good hangout for all of us. We needed it.
