It's been twenty seven days since Ray and Corrupted 21 announced the Destruction Tournament however he announced it to the entire world and even destroyed an entire city to make his point clear as he declared himself the One True God of the universe as many would expect the devils, angels, fallen angels, and even humanity have tried to take him out however he and 21 proved to be too much for anyone to handle and in the end everyone agreed to the Destruction Tournament hoping that Ray no Zamasu would keep his promise which is if he loses he will leave and never return now all the fractions have prepared their strongest warriors for the tournament however will it be enough to stop Zamasu or will the world fall to ruin however deep within a forgotten lab something powerful and more destructive has awoken as it was created to be the perfect warrior and has a thirst for revenge
However a familiar princess as remained in her room locked away from the outside world while her friends trained to get stronger she remained in despair at the loss of her lover as all she did was cry in the darkness of her room not allowing anyone inside

21: Sort of, in the original time Ray or Son Goku fought and destroyed a military force known as the Red Ribbon Army as a young child however one person survived his name was Doctor Gero he wanted revenge on Son Goku so he created Androids to kill Goku however these Androids were so powerful that not even Super Saiyan could allow Goku to match their strength and even in the end it didn't matter because he died due to a heart virus before the Androids could even fight him however we know they are stronger than a Super Saiyan because there was another Saiyan who achieved it and he was completely destroyed by the weakest one however they weren't the worse
Towa: Gero then created a biological artificial android known as Cell the perfect lifeform who's power and cells were composed of the strongest warriors in the universe including the Saiyans and remember if a Saiyan survives a near death experience they grow more powerful and Cell can regenerate so the Zenkai Boost is always available to him and it gets worse he can self destruct with the power to destroy an entire planet and he can still regenerate if at least one of his cells survives he is a being who's very existence is a danger he absorb people to grow stronger however he can also train and this power is most certainly him however.....it seems he has already reached his perfect form which spells our doom no one is strong enough to challenge him-
