"What the HELL?!" yelled the officer as the cowering man stumbled away.

"H-He's dead sir. That creature attacked again..." he whimpered.

"Why don't you shoot the blasted thing then?!" the officer yelled again.

"Its too fast! I-I think its the Blurs angry spirit!" said the man who was quickly slapped across the face.

"The blur is a Legend! A MYTH!! And the legend restates he was BLUE. What colour is this supposed creature?" hissed the officer.

The man thought but shook his head. "I saw glowing red and then he attacked, his fur must be a dark colour.... Maybe black?"

"Whatever it is, I want it fucking dead!!! We cannot have this thing on the loose and messing with our rules! If it keeps up, we'll look like fools!!!!" Screamed the officer, enraged.

The man took a fearful look at his boss. "We will go hunt it down, kill it on the spot," he said.

"No."

A new man entered the room, power radiated off of him and both men fell silent at his presence. He was the executive, second in command of the city, just after the ruler.

"We set up a trap, an ambush. When it's on the ground, I want to be the one who slits it's throat and see the life bleed out of its eyes," he said calmly, like planning a dinner date.

"But how so we lure it out? Go where we want it to go?" Whimpered the man. The executive looked down at him.

"By harming the poor, that's what lead him out before, so we do it again. We take out our men and hide them and send two to take away a supposed 'gifted' kid and when he comes out, we jump the bitch," he spat. He turned and left the room before losing his temper and the two other men looked at each other before planning out the ambush and sending out orders.

"Sir?..." Whimpered the man.

"What?" Hissed the officer.

"H-how long has this thing been 'helping' the poor?" He asked.

"Long enough to piss off the executive, which means this is serious," he answered.

"What if he is like those ability people?"

"There is no doubt that he is one, no one can get away with so much over so long, I bet it's a blasted vampire. Or maybe even a werewolf, those things always use brute force."

"What about that frosty wolf we found the other day?" He asked, shivering at the experience.

"If it was, then you would've recognized him. He has light fur which makes it impossible for him to sneak in the dark, he also would've left a frost trail behind and he's not that stupid."

"Oh."

"Now stop chatting, we have a hero to deal with."

(I'm going to trying including pictures when I introduce a new OC in the book, the people who rule the city are humans and some mobians, most citizens are mobians with some humans, just to clear that up. Also, more swears may be used in the future uvu thanks for reading!)
