Tip #2: If you are doing something that stresses you out, take a break and go back to it later! If it stresses you out and you keep working on it, it isn't very good for your mental health, it messes with your brain and you will overthink. It doesn't matter how long of a break you take, it just matters that you are feeling better and you can go back to it now. While you are on your break get some water or food, getting a nice snack always helps me feel better!
