Tip #3: If you are ever having a intense panic attack, try to relax. Close your eyes and imagine one of these scenarios I have made up:
1: You are in a beautiful field of flowers and you are sitting on the ground, staring up at the beautiful blue sky. You sit up and notice all the beautiful colors of flowers there are around you, red, orange, pink, purple and more! What a beautiful day to be outside..
2: You are sitting at the subway station and you place your headphones on your head and over your ears. The beautiful song seems to block out all noises and makes everything around you disappear. You are the only thing that matters right now. You..are powerful.
3: You step into the shower and immediately feel a spring of warm water spraying down your back. You sit down with your knees up to your chest and enjoy the warm water spraying all over. It's like a tornado of pleasure wiping all of the negativity out of your head.
