Chapter One

-Three years ago-

-Kaite's P.O.V.-

Today was the day I was moving. Leaving behind everything in Brisbane and moving to Sydney. See here's the thing, me and my mum haven't been stable, we have been moving around so much this year and my mum promised that this was the last time we were moving and i'm really counting on her this time. I got up and grabbed the clothes i set out last night and changed. I wore my old Nirvana shirt, black skinny jeans and my black vans. I grabbed some boxes and brought them downstairs to see the movers putting things in the movers truck.

I walked into the kitchen and saw my mum finishing up cleaning the house.

"Alrighty, and we are done. Ready to hit the road?"

I rolled my eyes at my mums choice of words.

"Yeah whatever." I said as we walked out the front door. So many memories were here, my first boyfriend that lasted two days because he was a asshole; first time having a friend over; and hell my birth, which I don't believe I was born in the house.....or even remember it...anyways we got into the car and started our journey to Sydney.

~skip the car ride~
I woke up and it was already dark outside.

"We can get some things tomorrow but grab a box of clothes, some furniture is already here though, yes your bed is here."

I mumbled okay to her and walked inside the beautiful home. I went up stairs and went to the room where my bed was. The room was plain white, which I will paint later, had a bathroom attached; a smallish walk-in closet and a balcony. I think I'm going to like it here.

I set my box of clothes on the floor and jumped onto the bed and fell asleep.

Maybe I'll like it here...
