Chapter 7
Wake Me Up, ((Filler))

It had been a couple days after enduring the emotional torture that Abigail was held in a white covered building with Randall. She smallened her potions of food and received no memories or events from Edith Grey.

Abigail had not slept through the nights, scared she'd fade away and the darkness wod shadow over her forever.

"Mrs Herondale, Hamish Duke. Its your daughter." Hamish had dialed her mother but was redirtected to her father.

Whom both could care less about their off daughter. Abigail would of guessed, her demons were right about  her. No one gave a fuck.

"Yes, I understand." Hamish stopped speaking, Abigail wanted to snatch the phone from his grasp and shout at her parents for alwaying giving up on her. Demanding reckless answers,

"But she's your daughter!" He shouted, huffing he hung up.

"Any luck?" Randall asked standing next to Hamish who bit his lower lip.
"Nada, they didn't care. I mean they just gave up. And she never once mentioned them not ever, I thought it was just that she wasn't personal like that. Guess it just brings up bad memories."

Randall walked in making another effortless attempted at communicating with her." Hey Ab's, How you doing. " She looked at him, her eyes dark and grim. She flicked them back to her previous gaze which was the window.

"I think we should call Alyssa." Hamish admitted,

------

Alyssa like always spoke words naturally rolling off the tip of her tongue. Mixing liquids and crushing up herbs, into a glass vile.

"There, you just need her to drink this."

Everyone looked at eachother, "Seriously, is there any side effects of risks?" Lilith asks,

"There is always a risk, you know that. But with the right price the chances are slim to none."

Randall smirked, "What's the price, for this?"

"Well, in the book it says blood. But from someone to which the person loves the most, dripped into the drink of the one whom drinks."

"And how do we figure out what's wrong from that." Hamish asked,

"The blood and drink act as a tether, a rope. Whoever drinks gets pulled in."

Hamish and Lilith groaned, "An who in hell would that be?"

"Well, Hamish you should give it a go. And if it doesn't work well then we're absulotely fucked, cause I have no idea." Jack admitted,

"Why me?" Hamish pouted,

"Well, I see how you act around eachother. It takes a blind man to see what is going on." Jack confessed,

"Whatever-" Hamish said, Alyssa grabbing out her knife and slicing his hand and dripping it in the drink.

Abigail drunk the liquid through a vile, "Hmm, Nice sippy time!" Randall smiled pouring the liquid down.

"How long-" Hamish was cut off when he threw his head back, his eyes rolling back into his head. Transported to Abigails mind.

-------

It was dark, a lake of red water held him back as Hamish noticed Abigail sat on an island in the middle. "Abigail!" He called, but she didn't look up,

The scene zoomed in, he was now withing a few steps of reaching the women. "Abby?" Hamish asked once again, this time Abigail looked at him.

Her smile was a frown, her cheeks stained with tears. "Abby, can you tell me what's wrong?"

"You shouldn't be here Hamish. You'll get caught up. There people here who'll eat you alive-" Abigail spoke fast surveying her surroundings.

"Who is it?" Hamish asked worried,

"They look like us. They tell you your darkest secrets, and they scream at you. Leave Hamish, well you still can." Abigail stook up.

"Not without you," Hamish declared sternly, "Not a chance, I'm a lost cause." Abigail responded,

Hamish furrowed his brows a sad frown on his face, "Never! Take my hand, we can leave. Just let me help you."

"Everyone thinks I'm useless, I suck at being Alpha, a friend. My damn parents didn't even want me!" Abigail now had tears of black ink pouring down her face staining lines of black on her cheeks and clothing.

"Your the best person I have ever meet. You got chosen for a reason, your special and smart. You parents have no idea what they are missing out on!" Hamish urgered, encouraging her to take his hand.

"Make her believe her worth." Alyssa called out in a weak inkling voice.

"Your not only my Alpha, but my best friend. My drinking buddy and the person who doesn't see me as a drunk!"

Abigail did not budge.

"Abigail, you bring out the best version of me. Everyday, you make me feel alive. With your wit and humor. Your beauty and worth is more than I can ever comprehend."

Abigail was now walking towards him, only stopping in now front of his face.

"She doesn't believe you, yet." Another weak voice called out, Alyssa.

"What will make you believe me?"

"Tell her how you feel."

A rush of images collected in his mind, the way she made him feel was more than just what a normal friend would cause.

When she laid her head on his shoulder, butterflies errupted in the pit of his stomach.

When she went missing, he wouldn't stop until he had her in his arms. And when she pushed him away he wanted to cry.

When you kept blacking out, he wanted to cry at the heart break and worry she caused.

"Tell her, Hamish"

"Why do you want me to stay?" Abigail asked, her lips almost on his.

"Because, I am in love with you!" He cried out, engulfing her in a hug. Pulling away he crashed his lips onto his. She kissed him back,

And they were ripped away from the darkened world.

-------

Hamish returned, Abigail was now brightened up in the face, a smile etched onto her lips. Her hair full of bounce and life.

"Well hot damn!" Randall sighed,

Everyone looked at Abigail who looked back at them from her edd shaped chair.

"What did I miss?" Abigail cheekily asked,

Hamish was just glad he got his best friend back.
