NO one
Utah opened his eyes. His siblings looked at him expectantly. They were in their basement, hidden in their secret bunker that not even their father knew about. Every single sibling was there. Colorado asked, "So?!" Utah sighs. "He's in bad shape guys." Everyone groans. Delaware stood up. "All right, we've got to find ISIS."
"Ourselves?" Alaska asked. "You do realize that we are kids, right?" Delaware nods. "But there are 65 of us. We cause more chaos in a day than an entire war!" D.C. pouts. 'Not something we should be proud of...' Hawaii chuckled. Delaware continued. "If we can use our assets to-" Califonia chuckled.
"Del said ass." Ohio and Florida laughed. "WOULD YOU SHUT UP?!" Maine yelled. Delaware sighed. "As I was saying, if we use our skills, we'll be able to find ISIS!" The kids muttered. Mississippi raised their hand. "Who'll watch the territories? AND keep Uncle Con from finding us out?" Delaware's face dropped. "I-I didn't think of that..."
"IDIOT!" The older states screamed. Washington spoke up. "D.C. can watch them!" D.C. looks at the state. "Excuse me? I'm Younger than them!" He smiled devilishly. "But you look and act the same age as the rest of us~" D.C. pouted. "Fine. But I AM NOT distracting CSA." Florida scoffed. "No need. Uncle Con is so busy and confused, he won't even know that we're gone!"
NO.....was the thought of the group. Delaware sighed. "Ok. D.C will watch the territories, while we will go find ISIS!" Everyone cheered. Alsaka groaned. "This is going to be a mistake...." He muttered.
America stretched as he sat in the testing chamber of Nevada. He was there to look at a new weapon that could change the course of the war. "We'll be dropping the bomb in 10" A scientist said. He looked up. "UTAH?!" He got out of his chair and out the door, grabbing the toddler that somehow wandered onto the bomb field.
He sheilded the tiny state away from the blast just in time, taking the full force of the blast. Once his ears stopped ringing, He realized he and the toddler were bieng carted to the CIA's medical wing. He was confused. How the fuck did Utah get into the area? They weren't even in the said state! Once He was patched up, the major question arrised. "What do we do?" America sighed.
"We tell no one. Not until this weapon is fully safe and operational." They understood and nodded.
But by the end of the war, they forgot to tell people. It faded into memory, eventually forgotten. What they didn't know was that both Utah and America gathered unique ablilites. America never noticed it, but Utah was able to harness that power to it's full extent.
ISIS smiled as he looked at the video. "Intresting..." He said to himself. "If we could get this..." He grinned evily. "Well, I won't just stop here, will I?" He laughed, loud and evil. A country clutched his head from outside the window, tears in his eyes.
What could he do? He was just a small country. No one knew him. No one but ISIS. And America. He got up and resolved his nerves. "Nauru!" He turned and entered throught the window. "Yes, sir?" He asked. "I have a job for you. Kyrgyzstan, Malta, and Kiribati will join you." He nods. "And this task?" ISIS smiled.
"Get me America and his son, Utah."
"..."
"Yes sir."
