Sweet dreams

It was currently 11:00 o'clock at night, yet hinata was struggling to go to sleep. He had school tomorrow and he knew he needed to get proper sleep like any other day. But today seemed to be a bit different.

He shifted around the bed, failing to find a comfortable space on the bed. He let out a sigh, as he laid on his side.

He then got an idea.

He then picked up his phone. 'Maybe kageyama is still awake?' The orange haired boy thought to himself, as he pressed the call button.

It began to ring a few times, before kageyama finally picked up.

"Hinata" kageyama began to speak "why are you calling me so late, you should be sleeping by now" he said in a tired voice.

A small pout formed on the middle blockers face.

"I couldn't sleep.." hinata said in a tired voice. There was a silence between the two. "Fine.." kageyama said, breaking the silence "i'll stay awake until you go to sleep, ok?" The pout that was on hinatas face disappeared and was now replaced with a smile instead. "Ok!" The orange haired boy quickly agreed.

After a good 30 minutes or so of them chatting about volleyball and other little things, hinata let out another yawn. He was now in a comfortable space on his bed and grew even more tireder over the time they had been talking on the phone. "I think I'm going to go to sleep now kageyama, good night" He said in sleepy voice. "Ok then.. good night, hinata" he replied while a warm smile was forming on his face.

I apologize for not updating in a while, I've not had any time to sit down and write lately but I'm happy to say I'm finally back from my short break.
