The bloom of the beginning

After we both hug Elizabeth and let her cry it all out. She backs away from our comfort and wipes away the remaining tears on her eyes. 

"Well I better get going, I have to get cleaned up and head back towards the Village I'll see you guys around!" Ike smiled and glanced at me. "Hey, Leo whenever you want you can visit me at the Kingstone Kingdom. Make sure Elizabeth stays safe okay?"

I nod my face filled with tears. He pats my head one last time and waves goodbye at Elizabeth. Now it was just me and Elizbeth. Alone in a room that looks so clean and like a hospital. I glanced at Elizabeth and she sighed looking down at the bed she was laying on. 

"So Leo do you still want to go back home? Ike has found your home Dimension. I can tell him to take you back now or a little bit later?"

"Well now that I think about it, No, Not really and it's just I-"

"Shh." She interrupts me. " Please don't tell me now."

"What? That was what I was doing why did you interrupt me?" I question a bit offended. 

"Calm down Leo Oakheart. Now tell me your hidden secrets!" She giggles softly as she tries to stand up from the bed.

"Um okie. I think you know it's better if I stay here. Home isn't really home anymore to me. Plus after this whole adventure me and you had. I can see us possibly going on more adventures like this in the future?" I smile. Her face seemed surprised, I blush pink seeing her like that. 

"It's never healthy to run away from your problems Leo but if you truly wish to stay here and live in the Cloud Kingdom you can. Just whenever you want I'll be able to take you home all safe and sound. I will admit the adventure we had was quite like something I've never experienced. At first, I was looking for a missing Angel and then I found you and saved you! Then we had to take you towards the Spruces of the Past, Present, and future, and then you meet Ike, and then you saved me! Something a human has never done before? You truly are more special than you think. Maybe, even more, smarter than I think you are!" She giggles.

"But overall I do think it's best if you stay and grow up here. it gets quite lonely sometimes and yes I have friends but none that live with me and I get to hang out every day! I'll love for you to live with me." Elizbeth's eyes sparkled and her face smiles beautifully. 

I turn my head to the side and smile. I feel something. Is this love? I always wanted my mother to treat me like this. Like she actually wanted me around and enjoyed me living with her. I hardly see her smile and she-... It's best if stay here. At least here someone wants me. Someone will protect me. Someone cares for me. I take it all in and take a deep breath in and out. I smile happily filled with joy.

"Yeah, I would like to stay here. It's beautiful. The clouds, The sky. Plus I don't want to seem like a jerk or a coward anymore and leave or take the blame, I saved your life the least I could do is stay here for you. Also who wouldn't want to stay in a magical majestic place with fantasy elements and so much to explore, Almost any human would want therefore I would like to stand your side Elizabeth! I wanna stay here it's way better and I have so much to explore." I cheer.

She looks surprised and smiles with her eyes closed. She gets off from the bed and I try to help her but she tells me.

"No no I don't need help Leo I'm not some old woman, It just that arrow Melanie shot me in near my neck it's not like any other arrow it's a magical one. It has a curse on it I'm not sure what it was but my smart Angels told me I'll be fine now and I shouldn't worry about it. Now here sit down with me." Elizabeth explains patting the soft white bed.

I walk towards the bed and sit down on the spot she patted with her hand which was right next to her in the corner of this queen size white bed that is soft as a marshmallow slowly burning on a winter night indoor campfire. Okay, maybe that's too much. It's soft like a bunny's butt. 

"Okay, Leo stay still and give me your right hand." She announced I give her my right hand. She grabs it and then takes my left hand and puts them next to her hands making a preying motion with our hands? Our hands started glowing and she whispered something and as soon as she lets go of my hand I feel better?

"What? What just happen and was that very necessary?" I shake my head, feeling it wiggle with joy. 

"Well yes, *smiles* Thank you for being here for me and saving me don't worry Leo whatever your parents or home did to you will wash away slowly now oops where are my matters welcome to The Holy Heaven Dimension home of the moving Cloud Kingdom and Ike's newer Kingdom The Kingstone Kingdom." Elizabeth stands up and announces. 

That welcoming somehow calmed down my overwhelming thoughts and as she said this I noticed that in the back of the room there was a glass with white flowers and slowly a  peddle of the flower bloomed more heads and pulps. It was a strange phenomenon that just occurred but after all, I have been through it seemed perfectly normal especially cause I am with an Angel so I didn't think about it much.  

                                                        I smile at her and hug her one last time. This felt like a brand new start for me. A new beginning that just blossomed. I finally felt happy and Elizabeth finally felt not alone. She had me now and I'll do anything to protect her. She's like a mother to me. The mother I never had.
