Rift in the forest

Pine tree located

We went in after Ike went in. Nothing happens this time for some reason. No visions, no space just a flash of light, and boom we are here! In a Forest. A Spruce forest. Tall thick dark brown tall trees loom as we stand in the shade. Safe and sound.

"The forest of the Forbidden pine trees right next to Ike's home." Elizabeth Announces. "Ike where are we going. Are we visiting your Kingdom?"

"Sadly we can't, At least not now. I told them I'll return tomorrow night and right now is daytime not nighttime. I am an honest man plus my Castle is being cleaned today which is why I was in my hidden lab." Ike explains

"Wait you live in a castle?" I Shout excitedly.

"Yes. It's the same Castle I grew up in but more miniature. My Father, Mother, and I use to live in that Castle but when we moved into this Dimension I rebuild it myself after we had to flee our original Home Dimension cause of the war!" Ike explains his hair blowing with the wind.

"There was a war?!" I exclaimed. "Also do your parents live with you?"

"Okay, that's enough questions, Leo," Elizabeth smirked awkwardly looking at Ike.

"So we are just gonna wait here? Come on let's go to your Kingdom! Please, Ike." I beg.

"Sorry but no. It's better if we wait here and wait for the earthquake back on mars to stop. I'll be sharping my sword in the bushes if you need me." Ike announces.

I sigh in defeat. "Guess we're waiting here then."

We wait here in this spruce forest in bright daylight. Kind of boring if you ask me. There was nothing to do and Elizabeth and I was the only one who didn't have anything to entertain myself like Ike was sharping his sword in the bushes I have no clue what hole he pulled that from! While we waited Elizabeth was picking off the dirt from her wings while I just sat and was bored. A few minutes passed by. I started to get hungry and a little bit thirsty.

"Elizabeth I'm pretty hungry and a little bit thirsty," I whine to her in annoyance and frustration of boredom.

"Oh yes, I forget you humans need to eat and drink every few hours to survive. Unlike Ike who only eats at a royal dinner." She Scorned's at Ike. "We angels only eat whenever we feel like it you know. Kind of thing we do for fun."

"Oh that's great and all but what am I going to eat?" I ask without caring about what she just said.

"Well, let us go see if they're dragon fruit trees somewhere here that can help you with your weakness and starvation." She replied

"What do you mean by my weakness," I ask Offended.

"Oh, it's nothing don't worry about it okay now let's go find you that tasty good dragon fruit. Ike, you can stay here okay. Check on the rift in a few minutes got it?"

Ike nodded in agreement counting to sharpen his sword with a smooth rock.

I got on Elizabeth's back and may I say I don't know how I haven't noticed this before but her hair was so soft and playable like I ran out of words to describe it at one point. The hair was exactly how I imagined Angel hair would feel. White silky soft. Reminds me of... never mind.

So as we fly around I get to see more of this Castle from a distance, of course, all I see that the flag it's red and has a sword symbol and well I can't see the rest well but I remember that it was red. The Kingdom seemed like a tiny cute village. I couldn't see the Castle very well because of the tall thick trees blocking the view.

By the way, if you were wondering yes we found a dragon fruit. It wasn't the best appealing food but it was the only food for now. We got it. By gliding through some Dragon Fruit trees. I grabbed as many as I can by grabbing it like bamboos on a stick.

"Leo be careful and don't grab too many okay." Elizabeth Blurted smiling and spinning around. Flying by more weird tall Dragon Fruit trees.

"Hey, Elizabeth catch!" I exclaim as I do a risky move and fall off her and throw a Dragon fruit I grabbed towards her.

Elizabeth surprised by action grabs the Dragon fruit and panics as she quickly grabs me with her soft white hands. She giggles.

"Don't do that you idiot you scared me!" She giggles and holds me while spinning around.

I smile. "What I knew you were gonna catch me!"

"But what if I wasn't able to Leo! You could be injured!"

"I'm fine now come on Pony let's get more Dragon fruit I dropped the ones I was holding he he." I Tease and chuckle

Elizabeth puts me back on her back and we glide through the fields of Dragon Fruit Trees. A tropical leafy forest. Juice dripped from some leaves and Dragon fruits as we glide by. I attempted to get a sip of that Dragon Fruit juice as we flew past it by failing. Elizabeth looks at me and Laughs! And may I say that was one of the most lovely cute cheery laughs I've ever heard. It sounded so beautiful and majestic and Magical!

"You remind of myself you know that right Leo?" Elizabeth sighs while we fly by the Dragon Fruit trees I pop one open and start eating the Dragon fruit. "I was so naive and young just like you in a way. My dream as a little girl was to rule over Heaven, Now renamed the Cloud Kingdom by me. But now I think back to that little girl and smile cause I was happier when I was dreaming of what the future could be than what it is now."

"Whoa, that's very deep," I comment while eating Dragon fruit. It tastes exotic, I would describe it as a slightly sweet cross between a kiwi and a pear.

"Yeah, I know silly isn't it. Sorry if I ruined the mood with my mature talk." Elizabeth chuckles awkwardly.

"No, it's okay. Sometimes I feel that way too. But for me, it's when... You know earlier when-" I attempt to express my thoughts.

"Hey, it's okay if you don't want to talk about then don't. Now come on let's head back." Elizabeth smiles but the smile fades quickly as she turns her head.

An arrow shoots between us. She is able to dodge the first one but not the second one that shoots through her neck! Elizabeth gasps, My eyes widened and we start to fall. We fall from a tall height. I firmly thought that I was going to die from the fall but luckily I didn't. I gently landed on a puddle of water and as I glared up from the bright sun I saw what looked like Mossy knights.

Elizabeth lands and one of the Knights catches her and throws her into a cage. The Knights hold long sharp heavy spears and one of them hit Elizabeth's leg with that arrow. I get a glance at the arrow before the Knights blocked me from viewing Elizabeth in the cage. It was purple and majestic. A glowing arrow sparked, It was through her neck but suddenly the arrow disappears.

Elizabeth was knocked out and in danger but I couldn't do anything. The Knights with moss over their armor look at me as they put a bag over me. I attempt to escape but they rest their heavy bodies on me to prevent me from escaping the brown sack bag.

"Pine tree located!" A man says before one of the Knights knocks me out with a heavy hard object and it all fades to black again!
