My first week in LA

ok so today was officially my 5 th day in LA and so far I'm not sure how I feel about it I love the view and how this place looks but everything just costs so much more money here and I'm only 18 and I live in a standard apartment the same size of a dorm with a complete stranger I haven't even met yet. so I am going to start tying to look for a job which will be pretty hard because everyone in LA is so talented and have jobs like singing and acting and that's just not me . I told everyone that I moved to LA because I was needing a new start which is true but The real reason I left was because my parents have there own business and they are very successful .So I never got a lot of attention from them since they was more focused on their business.You might be thinking why am I looking for a job if my parents are rich and successful and the honest answer is after I turned 16 I refused to accept anything from them anymore . I did this because if they didn't pay any attention to me for my whole life  giving me $1000 dollars on my birthday is not going to make up for my missing childhood and all my missing memories. It has always been my plan to move out as soon as I could and that's what I did .As soon as I turned 18 I took a flight into LA which I saved up for myself by working shifts at baskin robbins a ice cream store in the mall.
