"I wold like to train with Lady Artemis." Everyone looked at me like I was crazy, except for Artemis who was smiling smugly.

"Are you sure son?" My dad asks.

"Yes dad, I'm sure." He seemed worried but nodded.

"Very well" Zeus boomed "You shall stay with the hunters for a year and train with my daughter. If there is nothing more to add, Council dismissed!" And he vanished in a puff of smoke. What a Drama Queen...

After that all the gods started to flash out and the demigods made their way to the lift. Soon, only a few remained, my dad who was talking to Hestia, Artemis was also there, and finally Aphrodite who was walking towards me.

"Hello Perseus" She purred, a seductive smile graced her lips.

"Lady Aphrodite" I bow my head to her and she laughs.

"Please, we are equals now" She leans in and whispers "You can call me anything you want"

I visibly gulped and preyed to all the gods that she would go away. Lucky for me, the gods were listening and before Aphrodite could continue making me uncomfortable, Artemis came to talk to me.

"Perseus, may I have a word?" She asks and I eagerly nod. Aphrodite pouts and leaves, but not before she gives me a hug feeling every inch of my body.

"Phew" I say "I'm glad that's over..." Artemis laughs at my comment but immediately turns serious again.

"So, if I am to train you in your godly powers there will be some ground rules." She says " One- do not flirt with, look at or touch my hunters, two- you shall do everything I say, tree- I will teach you archery and hunting. Understood?"

"Of course Milady" I answer "But I also have a request."

"Okay, what is it?"

"I would like it if you called me Percy, not Perseus." She thinks about it for awhile.

"I shall call you Percy" She smirks "When you can hit the bullseye five times in a row."

"What!? Five times! That's impossible!" I yell.

"Well then, I guess i'll just have to call you Perseus forever." I was about to object but an idea forms in my head.

"Fine, if that's what you want than so be it, Arty." I say. Wow she looks pissed...

"What did you just call me!?" She shouts.

"Nothing... Arty" I smirk and her face goes red, probably in anger. Luckily before she could turn me into a jackalope Hestia comes to talk to me.

"Artemis, I would appreciate that you not hurt my favorite nephew before you even start training him." She says. Thankfully Artemis seemed to calm down, though she was still glaring at me.

"Thank you aunt Hestia" I say.

"Don't thank me yet Percy" She says "You have a tough journey ahead of you. But I'm sure you will make me proud" I give her a hug and she flashes away.

Artemis then comes back from wherever she was.

"Today we start your first lesson, flashing." She says "Try and get to the hunter camp, in Yellowstone park by midnight. If not then I suggest you find somewhere else to stay."

And she's gone. Great, how am I supposed to flash there when nobody has told me how?! After hours of trying I finally manage to flash to Artemis' location, aka: the hunters camp.

I appeared on top of a tree and fell down. God or not, it was painful...

I walk around until I see some silver tents, so I make my way towards them. Before I could even get close an arrow embedded itself in the tree behind me, a little too close to my face...

"Show yourself boy" Someone says. I look and sure enough in front of me were a bunch of pre-teen man-hating virgins in silver parkas. One of them steps forward and signals them to stand down.

"Kelp-head, Is that you?" Ohhh, so I guess that's Thalia. Thank the gods she's here, they would probably shoot arrows at places one does not wants to be shot.

"Hey Thals"
