Chad walked out of the kitchen with two trays. He threw one done in front of an old man.
"Hey. I wanted the fried clams." They told Chad.
Chad stopped and looked at them annoyed. "And I wanted a sea pony. Life ain't fair!"
Then Ben pushed the swinging doors open and walked in with a smirk. Chad threw the other tray down and slid it to the person. He started to walk away, then stopped and saw Ben standing there.
"I'm back." Ben spoke in a sing-song tone.
"Loser, party of one. Right this way please." Chad said sarcastically and pushed a chair at Ben.
Ben caught it, turned it around, then sat on it backwards. "Place still stinks."
Chad stood in front of him with his arms crossed. "Oh, I'm sorry. We're down a butler today. Prince."
"Where is she?" Ben asked ignoring Chad's comment.
Chad ripped the apron he was wearing off and dropped it. "You know, I've dreamed of this." Chad chuckles. "You wanting something from me, and me watching you squirm like a worm on a hook."
"I'm so flattered that you dream of me. I haven't given you a thought since I left." Ben replied.
Chad slammed his hands down on the table Ben was sitting at and exhaled. "Obviously. You have your perfect little life, don't you?"
Ben didn't say anything and just looked at Chad.
Chad stood up and turned to everyone else. "Doesn't he have the perfect little life?"
People were agreeing and laughing.
Chad leaned on the table. "And we're 20 years into a garbage strike."
"Listen, if you have some kind of score to settle with me, game on. I see no need to bring Mal into this." Ben was telling him
Chad chuckled before responding. "It may be a little unnecessary, but ugh, it is so much fun. Here's the deal."
"Of course there's catch." Ben said rolling his eyes slightly.
Chad sat down across from Ben and slammed his elbow down on the table. "If you win, Mal is free to go. Hmm?"
Ben smirked, then put his elbow on the table too. He was about to grab Chad's hand, then Chad slightly pulled it away.
"Don't you wanna know what I get if I win?" Chad asked in a sweet voice.
"Still dreaming." Ben stated and they grabbed hands.
"Mmm. Last time I checked your father thought he had things all sewn up, too, huh? How'd that work out for her again?" Chad was asking by teasing.
"On three." Ben said ignoring Chad's question.
"One." Chad said with a smile.
"Two." Ben said with no expression.
"Three." They both said together.
Chad started to laugh as Ben was slightly pulling his arm down.
"You know, that whole prince act. Ugh." Chad was saying and rolled his eyes. "Never bought it for a second. You could stick a crown of a villain, but you're still a villain."
"And you can slap a pirate hat on, but you're still Fishy." Ben replied with a gasp and pushed Chad's hand down a little scaring him.
They were glaring at each other, then Ben's eyes started to go green. He was pushing Chad's hand down further it was so close to the table. Ben smiled as he watched Chad struggle.
"If I win, you bring me the specter." Chad told him.
When Chad said that Ben lost his focus. His eyes went back to normal and Chad quickly pushed Ben's hand down on the other side.
Chad stood up in victory as everyone was cheering. Ben stared at his arm that was laying on the table.
Chad slammed his hands on the table again and got close to Ben. "Now... If you want dragon girl back, bring me Maleficent's magic specter to my ship tomorrow at 12:00 noon." Chad leaned up. "Sharp." He started to walk away, then turned back at Ben. "Oh, and if you blab... You can kiss you baby goodbye." He kisses his hand with a wave, then walked away laughing.
"There's no way we're gonna give Chad the specter." Doug was saying in the hideout. "We can't just let him Auradon."
"Chad doesn't get the specter, then Mal is toast, guys." Jane mentioned sitting on a chair.
"Great, so we're going to give Chad, of all people the wand." Doug responded.
"Do we have another choice?" Jane questioned.
"Wait, you guys." Ben yelled getting their attention. "Your 3D printer." He reminded them.
"A phony wand." Jane pointed out.
"Yes." Ben agreed.
"In my sleep." Jane finished her thought.
"Yeah, but the second Chad tests it, he'll know it's fake." Doug explained.
"Okay, so then we get Mal out really fast. We need some kind of diversion." Ben replied.
"Smoke bombs." Lonnie suggested and Ben pointed at her.
"That's perfect. I'll get the chemicals I need from Rapunzel's place. That could work." Doug said, then walked over to Ben. "Oh, and awesome hair by the way. Rapunzel seriously stepped up her game."
"Okay, do you wanna know something?" Ben asked. "Rupert did this."
"Little man Rupert?" Doug checked. "Shut up."
"I know. I really like it. It's like a lot lighter from my old look." Ben was saying.
"I'm really proud of him." Doug stated.
Lonnie cleared her throat and Jane said. "Hello?"
Ben and Doug looked over at the two.
"Right." Doug said and Ben clapped his hands together.
"Jane, Lonnie, you guys meet us at Pirates Bay, no later than noon. And you guys, losing, not an option. Cause we're rotten." Ben instructed
"To the core." The other three finished.
"Let's do this." Doug said as they were all walking out.
