Yoongi sat at the window of his lovers home while she stood by her door, glaring at him, he could tell this wasn't going down without a fight.

"I didn't do anything to anybody, he's a liar, Sae, you have to find some place in that heart to believe me. He was a manipulator, he got into your head." Yoongi tried to explain only Saeyoon's unpleasing look made him quiet and rethink. "Look...Sae...I...wasn't a nice person, but I want to change, to change for you, please...I just want a second chance." He pleaded, Saeyoon eyed him with a stink eye, walking over to him and kneeling down in front of the window. "Then answer my question, who are you really?"

Yoongi felt a knot in his throat, but he managed to clear it out. "I'm a poor boy just trying to survive in the world of hell, had nothing, did drugs because I was influenced and smoked because it felt good and got drunk every weekend cause it numbed the pain. I vandalize when I feel lonely. I get into gun fights, I've killed before, I'm just a cold hearted person who doesn't deserve love, a boy who lost his parents long ago and has been watched by authorities for ages. That's who I am, just a drunk, high boy who wants somebody to change me, and then," he leaned in, resting his elbows against the window pane, Saeyoon didn't move back as he slightly leaned in, "then I met a girl, a girl who made me see differently, see the world in a way I thought didn't exist, and I'm willing to change who I am. Who I really am."

Saeyoon seemed to soften. The gentle wind blowing into the room, brushing her hair back from her shoulders, the suns rays casting a shadowy glow upon his hair, cascading down to his face, Saeyoon examines his features again, leaning back away from him. Yoongi got an idea, holding his hand out to her. "The suns going away in a bit, I wanna show you something, please, one more time?" He smiled a little, Saeyoon stared at his hand like it was some viscous creature. Her chocolate brown eyes looked towards the sun, slowly reaching her hand out and taking Yoongi's.

Helping her out the window and down the shed, the two ran out the yard, Yoongi couldn't contain his excitement. Feeling her hand in his as they snuck out at night, it was a feeling he couldn't describe. Perhaps, she had the same feeling. Just maybe...oh how slim the changes were...that she missed the feeling.

Running past the usual field they'd go to, they crossed the street into a larger field of dandelions. Coming to a short stop, the two looked at each other. "Why are we out here this far?" Saeyoon asked, catching her breath, Yoongi smiled, looking towards the sun that dipped down behind the horizon. "Because it's closer to the show." He smiled, Saeyoon's jaw clenched, watching the boy sit down, she hesitated, but sat down next to him, but not to close.

They sat in silence. But it wasn't uncomfortable. It was calming, and sincere. Yoongi didn't know if Saeyoon actually forgave him, and Saeyoon didn't know she forgave him herself. Their eyes both stayed to the stars that twinkled down at them. The boy couldn't imagine a life without the girl, and the girl couldn't imagine a life without the boy. Yet, neither said this. But love did. Saeyoon couldn't hate Yoongi, even if she tried, even if she did believe what Akela had said, she couldn't do it. Maybe it was because he showed her the life she wanted to live, instead of being forced into skinny tight dresses, sit up perfectly straight, drink tea and talk with proper grammar to everybody she ever met, set up on dates that wouldn't go anywhere. And Yoongi saw the life Saeyoon lived, and wished he could have that style. Proper suits and ties, fresh foods and the richest of wines, big houses and a family. A real one. To have all the money in the world, never go starving as he often had to do to afford his beautiful mustang that was no longer with him anymore. They wanted what the other had, and maybe that was what brought them together.

Yet, the two didn't like the other because of what they had. Rather because of their pure self. A poor boy with a rich girl. A mix that was forbidden, yet, broken by love itself.

"Look." Yoongi pointed up, watching Saeyoon's gaze turn to the sky, she flinched at the crack of a firework. Yoongi chuckled, watching her end in mesmerization at the sight of more fireworks cracking, echoing through the night sky, the beauty of the colors exploding. Saeyoon smiled, it was pure beauty. Heaven. Watching the way each cracker bounced into the air and exploded into a embrace of colors. She flopped to her back, laughing, watching the fireworks decorate the night sky, dandelions puffing up, tracing her arms and the tufts fluttering into her eyelashes, pure bliss filling their hearts. Yoongi laid onto his back next to her. He didn't mind staying here for the rest of his life with her. Her soft giggles and gasps of amazement made him smile. Feeling the soft breeze of the dandelions brushing against him. The ravishing sight of the fireworks gave Yoongi a burst of confidence. Confidence he loved to have. The same confidence that brought his lips to hers for the first time. He usually relied on a cigarette in these moments, but he held down the urge, looking at the stunning girl next to him, her eyes lit up with the reflection of the light show.

Yoongi rolled to his side, propping up onto his elbow. "You know, I'm sorry, for any inconvenience I've caused you." He apologized, Saeyoon looked at him, her smile holding. "It's okay, Yoon, it really is."

Their eyes stared deeply into the other, hearts fluttering, the sound of the fireworks exploding speeding up as their faces came closer, the space closing and lips connecting, dandelion eyelashes closing as the light show behind them celebrated, the dandelions brushing into their skin like it wanted to draw them closer. To which, they did. Yoongi's hand slotted into her hair, Saeyoon pressing her hands into his chest. A sky of harlequin and prepossessing beauty, and the lovers kiss in between it. It was like the world stopped just for them, to sit and watch for a moment as the two connected once again, in peace and harmony.

A lovers kiss in a dandelion field while the cracking fireworks softly lit up their figures, the stars and moon seemingly applauding the beauty of the two.

All it took was a little smoke and fire.
