4~ The Hillside

Adrien POV
After Mari left, I found the bodyguard on the other side of the school waiting for me. I reached the car and got in then he began to drive, we got in a bit of traffic.

I decided that I'll be taking Marinette and the others to the hillside near the outskirts. It has a waterfall, trees and rocks for climbing, vines for swinging and best of all a great view! It's totally like a Safari.

Realizing all the similarities Marinette and Ladybug share, I acknowledged my little crush on her but I don't show it because I am 100% sure she doesn't feel the same way.

The traffic cleared after a few minutes and we arrived at 5he mansion. Muttering a silent thanks to the gorilla and getting a grunt in response, I rushed in and to my room and closed my room. I don't know why I'm suddenly panicking and feeling all nervous about hanging out with Marinette, I mean I like her but it's not like we are going on a date.

Felix stared at me intently as I paced around the room then he finally spoke up.

"Could you stop pacing around the room, you're making me dizzy"

"Sorry, it's just that I'm really nervous about hanging out today. Oh no, I hardly have 45 minutes left!"

I literally run to my closet and start throwing my clothes everywhere looking for something perfect to wear.

"Why are you panicking then?"

I gave him a glare.

"Because! Marinette is going to be there!" I hissed through my gritted teeth.

Deciding finally on what I was going to wear I chose a green tee-shirt with a black hiking jacket, some black hiking shorts and hiking boots.

"Let me guess, you like her"

I nodded while tying my laces. I grabbed a boy-like sunhat, obviously and grabbed my cologne and gave myself a spray.

"Well at least I never behave that way around my girlfriend"

"So, that's the reason. She isn't my girlfriend. Yet.

"Ask her then"

"It's not that easy. I'll do it when I'm ready and sure that she likes me back so I won't look like a fool"

He narrowed his eyes at me then got ready. He wore the basic hiker get-up. We headed out and once again notified the Gorilla that we'll be working but only this time he didn't listen. I sighed and got into the car.

Mari POV
I arrive home and went up to my room. And let me tell you, I did not expect to see a cross-legged Alya seating on my chaise smirking at me.

"Seriously Alya? I almost had a heart attack"

She just shrugged and didn't lose her smirk showing that she is not guilty and she doesn't feel sorry. This girl can really get on my nerves...

"What are you doing here Alya?"

Getting up to put her arm across my shoulder made me to narrow her eyes at her suspiciously while she wiggled her eyebrows.

"I'm here to make sure you don't go out with Adrien in your underwear and socks! Don't forget I'm your best friend"

I gasped and and put my arm to my chest dramatically just like Chat would.

"I'm offended! I would never do that and of all the things you could think about was to go in my underwear?!"

Little did she know that she was right.
