A/N: Okay, so this is first time that I have done a P.O.V, so hopefully it's okay. I hope to do more in the future for all of my books!

Jetstorm's P.O.V:

I woke up with a gasp, I had suffered another nightmare, they were horrible, all I see everytime I close my optics is Shadow Raker, I just want all this to end. I mean, how come Slipstream doesn't get these nightmares? Or maybe he does and ignores them, he is like that. Maybe I should ask him when he wakes up.

I began to stare out of the window as I watched the wind blow a few pieces of scrap accross the surface. It was a little creepy, especially without the others there, but they were all in recharge. Except Sideswipe, that bot lost a bet to Strongarm and had to take over her shift. Thinking about that made me feel a little better.

The fight happened earlier today and it was pretty intense, but that made me and Slipstream intrigued, wanting to see more, much to our master's disappointment. We usually enjoyed watching them argue over the simplest things, it is very entertaining.

All of a sudden, I heard a scraping noise which made me jump. I quickly turned my attention back to the window and noticed that the area was covered in a thick layer of mist.

Now I was really starting to get creeped out.

This wasn't normal...

Without thinking twice, I grabbed my nun-chucks and ran outside to see what was causing it. It couldn't be the weather.

The second I stepped outside, I began to have second thoughts as a million questions flooded my processor.

'What on Cybertron do I think I'm doing?'

'Why am I trying to be brave?'

'Does a Mini-con stand even the slightest chance?'

I quickly ignored those questions as I followed the sound of the scraping. As it got louder, my fear grew. I just wanted to run back to my quarters and hide under my berth, maybe wake Slipstream and tell him to check it out. He wouldn't be afraid. No wonder he was the better pupil.

But it was too late to turn back now, so I kept moving forward.

Soon a few large objects came into view, most were a lot bigger then me, taller too.

The mist cleared a little and I was able to figure out what it was, the stasis pods.

I gulped as I spun my nun-chucks beside me, ready to attack if needed. Not sure what I was going to do if I found a Decepticon, but I knew that I would have to do something.

I managed to make out the Decepticons in the pods. Octopunch, Springload, Chop Shop, but there was one pod that I hadn't seen yet.

Shadow Raker's pod.

As soon as the thought hit me, I was forced to cover my audio receptors to the sound of the scraping, only it was louder this time.

Then I saw why...

I couldn't believe it, now I really wanted to run.

I wanted to retreat back to Cybertron, or Luna-1.

I just wanted to get away from this place.

It was Shadow Raker's pod, only it had been ripped apart from the inside out and he was no longer inside it. That's what the scraping was, the sound of him breaking free. I had missed him by a nanosecond.

Suddenly, I heard the sound of a transformation, but I couldn't see who it was in the mist. Sideswipe wasn't due back yet and the others were in recharge.

That transformation was then followed by the sound of a pair of insect wings in motion.

It was him.

As soon as I realised it, I ran back to my room and slammed the door shut before climbing into my berth whilst keeping a firm grasp on my weapon. Forget sleeping, that was impossible now that my worst fear had come true.

My former deployer had escaped...

Shadow Raker was free...
