Cinderella

In the modern Cinderella fairy tale we have the beautiful Cinderella swept off her feet by the prince and her wicked step sisters marrying two lords – with everyone living happily ever after. The fairy tale has its origins way back in the 1st century . The story was very similar to the modern disney classic . But, lurking behind the pretty tale is a more sinister variation by the Grimm brothers: in this version,  instead of one ball the prince hosted three balls, when the third ball comes around the prince orders the servents to put glue on the stairs so Cinderella wouldn't ran away but the plan fails and only her slipper gets stuck. So remember kids if you wondered why Cinderella's shoe fell although it was a perfect fit there was glue on the stairs. After the ball just like in the original  the prince goes on his never ending quest to find the mystery woman who lost the glass slipper but disney might of left out the part where  the nasty step-sisters cut off parts of their own feet in order to fit them into the glass slipper – hoping to fool the prince. The prince is alerted to the trickery by two pigeons who spot blood coming out of the shoe ans peck out the step sister’s eyes. They end up spending the rest of their lives as blind beggars while Cinderella gets to lounge about in luxury at the prince’s castle. And they lived happily ever after until they died.
