Chapter 4: First Day of Senior Year

Kylie's POV:

I had the weirdest dream last night. It was about last night minus the bullshit from Ross, Jessica, Caroline, and Emily or whatever her name was and in the end we were all happy. To be completely honest, I'm done with Rocky. All he does is play with my heart and in the end I just get fucked. But I still think he is a goddess, I mean look at his hair for crying out loud! It's perfect! Unfortunately, this beautiful dream was ruined due to my freaking alarm clock and my mom screaming from the kitchen. I swear with my mom waking me up even when I have an alarm clock, I don't see the point in having one.

I finally rolled out of bed at 6:30 so I don't look like a complete slob on the first day. My goal this year is to do as well as possible so I get into a good school and as far away from here as possible. I've been through enough of Ross's shit. He always seems to be on his period but it's whatever you know. I've just learned to go with the flow and try to ignore him as much as possible. I would say I hate him but, hate is a strong word and you shouldn't really use it against people. So I think it's safe to say "Fuck you Ross."
I decided to just leave my hair natural today so it had some waves in it as well as some light makeup. I may dislike this school and most of the people but I still want to make an impression to all my teachers and the new students if we have any this year.

I threw on some shorts with a plain tank and a pinkish orange sweater/jacket thing to cover up my wrists and other cuts from the pool yesterday. People would think I'm crazy wearing a sweater today considering it's 92 degrees out today. Don't you just love California? note the sarcasm.
To finish off my simple look, I put on my favorite teal converse sneakers(photo of the outfit above).

"Kylie come downstairs and eat some breakfast!" My mother called up.
I jogged down the stairs and noticed two large figures on the couch. One being my idiot brother Nick and the other is a giggly guy with curly hair and glasses who plays drums and is possibly a bigger white girl than me. If you hadn't already guessed, yes, it's Ashton fletcher Irwin my brothers bestfriend. I'm guessing Nick invited him over after the BBQ.

"Mom can I please borrow the car? I don't want to seem like a bigger loser being dropped off by their mom during senior year." I pleaded

"Sorry honey I need to meet up with a client today. Why don't you ask Nick for a ride? I think you would look pretty badass with two attractive boys dropping you off." My mom stated while sending me an over exaggerated wink at me.

"Ew mom. It's Nick and Ashton. I'd rather walk to school." My mom just lightly patted my head while pushing my waffle towards me and she walked into the living room in front of the boys.
"Boys get up! Your driving Kylie to school and I don't care if your too tired! C'mon lets move." Mother threw the covers off them and opened the blinds. Ashton is practically family to us because he is always over ever since he was 14 years old so he's used to my moms strange behavior. They both groggily stood up from the couches putting on the nearest clothing.

Nick got his keys and the three of us followed him out. Ashton and him are currently 20 years old and highschool dropouts. They said and I quote
"Rock stars don't need to go to school." Ashton plays the drums while Nick plays the guitar and sings a little bit. They want to start a band but they haven't found the right people yet to let them join.

I look over to the Lynch's and see them leaving too. Ryland noticed me and waved with a cheeky grin. Ross looked over to see who Ryland was waving at and his response to me was the middle finger and his signature smirk.

I rolled my eyes and climbed into the backseat. Today is going to be a Loooooong day.

Woo I finally updated!! Sorry it's kind of short and lacks of R5, I just wanted to introduce Kylie a little more by showing off her personality. But next chapter will be of her in school with Ross.

So what do you guys think about me adding in Ashton? I think I might 5sos in this bc they are bæ #sns
