(Y/n) still remembered the day she met the Kamiya family. They were generous and welcoming, and their daughter seemed perfect in every way.
Over time, (Y/n) became closer to the family, and all but Kari could tell (Y/n) had a crush on the cute brunette. Kari couldn't tell, because (Y/n) always wore a face mask to hide her blush, and had a large stutter.
Today, (Y/n) was at camp. Right now, she was in a tree, sitting next to a sleepy Tai.
She felt a small speck of cold on her nose, was it beginning to snow in August?
"Snow? In August???"
At least Tai is awake to experience it.
"T-things on Earth h-have been acting s-strange lately..."
The counselors yelled for everyone to head inside. There was some form of a blizzard, before everyone came back out.
(Y/n) looked at the sky. It was strange to see such a phenomenon in a hot place. From this moment, (Y/n) couldn't figure out what was happening.
When things started falling from the light in the sky, (Y/n) was sure she'd gone insane. She was a kid, sure, but not an idiot.
Things don't just FALL from the sky.
She picked up the device, and from there it was all a colorful blur.

(Y/n) woke up to something laying on her chest. Something PINK.
"W-what the h-hell are y-you...?"
The pink and teal creature stood up to be a fox-like animal.

"I'm Fokushīmon! Your Digimon partner! I've been waiting a long time for you, (Y/n)!"
"W-waiting...? For me...?"
"Yes! I only exist to help you!"
No longer worried about whether to trust the animal, (Y/n) hugged Fokushīmon tightly.
"(Y/n)? What's wrong?"
"Y-you're one of the f-first people to b-be nice to me..."
"Well then, I'll protect you with my life! Even if this form is a bit weak, I promise to keep you safe!"
"T-thank you... Fokushīmon..."
The two did a bit of wandering around, they heard Mimi scream and followed, hidden behind trees.
The giant bug that had been following the others hadn't seen the female and her small Digimon.
Despite not being seen, when Kuwagamon broke the cliff, (Y/n) followed. Tai was like her older brother, and she wanted to make sure he was okay.
As the digidestined fell from the cliff, Tai noticed (Y/n) falling next to him, along with both their Digimon, and pulled all of them next to him.
