8:00 P.M. Keystone, Northern CanadaGwen's POV
We were all in my resort room, that I was sharing with Brandon. Everyone was here because we had the most about room. I was still ignoring Duncan for many reasons, mostly him not inviting me to his wedding. He was still staring at me like a teenage boy or girl would be to their crush. I don't know why, he literally told me never to speak to him again...so I'm just doing what he told me to do. Before Geoff's documentary started, Noah walked up behind me."Did you take your medicine?" He asked.
"What the hell are you...my mother?" I asked and he gave me a look.
"I know a lot of shit is happening in your life right now, but that doesn't mean you get to just give up on all of us okay." Noah said and sighed.
I got up and walked from the couch to the kitchen, as I did I grabbed all my small pill bottles and started poured a glass of orange juice and looking in fridge for any food so I didn't have to take the pills with an empty stomach. I found some random jello cup that Brandon probably bought for situations like this and then turned around to see Duncan holding the pills bottles.
Duncan's POV
Courtney was out with Zoey doing something, I didn't really know what...I just knew they were going to be gone for the next hour. I was going to use this time to try and talk to Gwen. I asked Heather what she might be mad at me for, and she told me it a was mixture of things. She also told me that Gwen's health wasn't that great, and she was extremely stressed out over work. I knew she found out about not get a wedding invitation, through Cody, and I knew exactly what I was going to say...I was just waiting for a good time.I was sitting on my phone when I watched Gwen get up and walk into the kitchen. She started putting a bunch of small orange pill bottles down on the counter and I got up and walked into the kitchen. All of her friends looked at me and then each other and none of them said a word. I watched Gwen pour orange juice, which was rare, as she usually never drinks orange juice...but instead of saying anything, and I looked at what pills she was taking.
Reading the labels I noticed a lot of them seem very familiar. They reminded me of the medication her mother was on when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, I glanced at Gwen as she was looking in the fridge for something. I just stood there, until she turned and looked at me. No words exchanged between the two of us, so I decided to say something.
"What the hell are these?" I asked.
"My pills...can I please have them?" She asked and snatched them before I could say anything.
"Is there something wrong with you?" I asked and she looked.
She didn't say anything, she just took her pills and ate the jello. I crossed my arms and she looked at me and then rolled her eyes. I watched as she started walking towards the opening and I moved in front of the only exit and she gave me a little glare.
"Why the hell do you care? If you remember that last thing you said, was to never talk to you again." Gwen said and I looked at her.
"No I didn't...I told you move to California alone, because we were over." I said and she laughed.
"What's the fucking different Duncan, it's not like you cared...and don't try and act like you, because you would have reached out, not have been ass in the first place, and oh yeah...invite me to your fucking wedding." She said and I looked at everyone in the resort room.
