Facts- I have an Adjustment disorder with depressed mood (its an anxiety disorder that causes depressive episodes), I have insomnia, I have experienced sleep paralysis twice, my favorite color is blue, and I have eating issues (i often starve myself/workout way too hard for too long if I feel fat or bloated and I dont know how to stop doing that).
