Chapter #23

*Third Person Pov*
*Last night at sleepover*
Now, Kirishima felt bad for forgetting his new boyfriend, but he didn't remember. Sure they were all having fun and by all of them he meant Kaminari, Mina, Uraraka, and Todoroki. He knew he wasn't the only one that forgot their loved one. Uraraka forgot to invite Bakugou. They were all talking about a new trend going and they wanted to try it out. It was called swinging on the roof. They tied a rope in the middle of the roof and Kaminari got on it and started swinging, all of them were laughing loud. And never was Midoriya or Bakugou brought up.
Morning
They all woke up tired and realized it was 6 am. All of them decided to meet up at the top of the stairs when they finished changing. Kirishima quickly changed and went to see his boyfriend ,but didn't find him there. 'Maybe he walked to class already,' he thought as he waited for everyone else. When they were all walking down , they saw the pro hero: Hawks.
The 5 of them were shocked to see him there. "Woah what is he doing here?" Asked Mina but was soon interrupted by Midoriya flying down the stairs and everyone looked at what he was wearing . "Why is he wearing something similar to Hawks?" Kaminari asked them, but they all shrugged. "Like the look kid, now here put this blindfold on. That's part one of your training," they heard the hero say  as he gave the boy a black blindfold, as they both walked outside. "Now we're going to fly to my agency, there's a lot of tall buildings and you're going to try to avoid them," he said as he shot up,"But you have to be fast to catch me," and at that they both shot up . One laughing while the other was blindfolded trying to catch the hero. "The fun has begun!" Shouted Hawks as he was having fun being chased. The class just stared at the two flying away as fast as they could, while one of them was texting Aizawa, that technically Hawks took his student. That one student was Kaminari. "One what the heck, two since when do you and Midoriya hang out?" Said Hagakure while pointing at Bakugou. "One it looks like Deku is training with Hawks, and two because we can hangout , you have a problem with that?" He asked in a challenging tone, while Kirishima and Uraraka looked dumbstruck. "Oh and also," he said looking at the group of 5,"Next time you have a sleepover, try to keep your laughter down. I don't need to hear you and neither does Deku, heck that's probably why he went with Hawks today. He heard his closest friends having fun without him, and you know how I know. Because I saw that he was going to knock, but heard you laughing and decided against it," and with that he left the class shocked. Turns out the explosive boy cared about Midoriya. Sero looked at the group of five. "Geez, that's a cold blow , but he does have a point," and with that he left. Everyone else decided to leave and get to their class, while the five , especially Uraraka and Kirishima felt guilty. "Guess I messed up,"he said as they were walking. "No, just that, next time we need to remember that we have other people that are important to us," replied Todoroki in a monotone voice. Uraraka nodded and was the first to enter the class, then it was Mina, Kaminari, Todoroki, and lastly Kirishima. Aizawa looked at the class, tiredly , as he took roll call. "Bakugou," he said ,"Where's Midoriya?" "He's with Hawks, training," he said as Aizawa nodded. "Alright so today, we'll be talking about how a hero should act, to his or her fans," and with that the lesson started. It dragged so slow, that everyone was waiting for lunch to come. Bakugou decided to eat on the roof top off the building and got a text on his phone. He slowly growled as his lunch was interrupted. 'Who could it be,' he thought to himself and soon found a message from Deku. 'Hawks said that I should be back at the dorms by 6, you want me to bring anything? Bakugou quickly replied knowing that this is a short break the nerd will get. 'No nerd, maybe some snacks. And with that the conversation quickly ended, as he ate his food in peace.
Meanwhile
Izuku stood still. He was in the hero's training ground and his training for right now was to just use his instinct. "Alright,kid. We'll start out small. I'm going to throw an apple and I want you to use your instinct," he said as Izuku nodded. He felt something approaching him and commanded a feather to impale it. "Alright, good. Do it again," he said and again Izuku nodded. This time he felt several things coming towards him, and he had no time to think. His feathers quickly reacted, though saving him from getting hit. Hawks nodded and said,"Good job! Now I'm pretty sure you know, that it takes while for them to grow, right?" He asked as the other nodded yes. "Alright, so after this you're going to have to add some headphones and something to protect your eyes, like my visor, hmm also it's time for lunch," he said happily. "You can take your blindfold off, lets go," he said while walking out of his agency , Midoriya following behind. "So what's your favorite food kid?" He asked while looking for a place to eat. "Katsudon!" He exclaimed happily before realizing it was 3:00 pm. "Ahh, here we are," and with that they both entered the restaurant. A civilian saw Hawks and quickly squeaked gathering the attention of others. "Look, it's the Hero Hawks, and is that his brother? No maybe cousin or son?," the civilians kept saying rumors as the two winged humans grabbed their food. "Geez, this is sure to be on the news either today or tomorrow. Get ready for them," he said as he got his chopsticks and quickly put his hands together, Izuku doing the same. "Itadakimasu," was heard before the both of them, devoured their food. They both were about to pay before they head a bell ring. "You hear that?" Asked Hawks as Izuku nodded. ,'Good, hawks thought . "That's a bank right?" And Hawks looked at him. "I want you to go catch the robbers, hurry I'm timing you," he said as the green wings disappeared. He followed the boy, but just stood there with a timer in his hand. In total there were 5 robbers, and they were about to leave before 5 feathers struck them down. "Not bad kid, but that was 30 seconds, you can do better," he said as he patted the younger's head. "Let's go, we have an hour and 50 minutes left," and with that they both took off. Izuku had to cover his eyes while flying, but never crashed into a building. It looked like Hawks training was paying off. "Now, we'll be training in your feathers more," he said. "The quirk you have can be used as emmm a spying device. Well it's like this, you leave a feather somewhere, and if someone is talking you can hear their conversation," he said while Izuku stared at his wings in awe. "Ok so I'm going to take one of your feathers to the other side of the agency and we'll see if you hear me," and with that he felt a feather taken off and he concentrated. A few minutes passed and then he heard something. "Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah, can you hear me. If you can come over here," and with that Izuku walked to the other side and saw the Hawks mumbling nonsense. "I guess you heard me, kid, it took you a while though. What to do with that?" He said as he tapped the feather on his chin. "We'll have to keep at it, after all we need to get you fast. And I'm the fastest hero , so you'll be ready when I'm done with you. Anyway you can leave now, keep the clothes. That's your costume whenever you come to me, wear that and here have these," he said giving him a light green visor," Wear this and get use to it," and with that the hero left, leaving the younger to take off. The visor did protect his eyes and he stopped by a store to get a few snacks. He quickly went to the register to pay. "That'll be 10 dollars," the cashier said before looking at his attire. "Are you related to Hawks or something?" Izuku just smiled and said no and quickly left. He texted his friend and told him to meet him in the living room. After 10 minutes of endless flying, he finally saw the UA dorms and quickly landed. Today was a tiring day and he couldn't wait to rest his wings. He entered and saw the explosive blond ,a long with most of the class there. "I got the snacks ,Kacchan," he said as he took off the visor, not needing it at the moment. "Why are your wings smaller?" He asked as he took the bag away from the tired greenette. "Training," he said as he walked up the stairs and the blond followed. The greenette didn't notice that he left a feather in the common room. He told the blond that he was going to take a quick shower and that he'll be in his room in 10 minutes. He carefully took off his new hero suit, and quickly hopped in. He washed off the soap very fast and changed into a black hoodie and some shorts. He ran to the blond's room and found a game set up. "Hey, Kacchan. What did you guys do today in class?" He asked as he opened a bag of chips and handed some to the other. "Nothing really, today was really boring. What did you do?" "We trained my wings and feathers, oh and I also took down 5 robbers with my feathers. And I'm sure there's rumors going on about me. Hawks said I might be on the news, so to get ready for that," he said as he stuffed his face with the chips. "Uraraka and Kirishima looks really guilty though,why?" He asked forgetting what happened last night. The blond looked at him sideways and said,"I saw you yesterday, you were about to knock on Uraraka's dorm, but stopped when you heard laughter. They're your friends but they didn't invite you to their sleepover. Heck I'm her boyfriend, but she didn't invite me," he told the boy next to him who nodded in understanding. "Yeah, I felt left out yesterday, and it doesn't help that I heard them having fun without me, especially Kirishima." "What do you mean, Nerd?" He asked questionably , while playing the game on the screen. "He's my boyfriend," and at that he slowly tensed and expected shouting but nothing came. "Guess we're on the same boat about our partner forgetting about us," Midoriya nodded and laughed when he beat the other. "You think you're all tough, now. I'll show you tough, Deku," and with that an intense battle began. This moment felt like having a piece of their childhood back. They talked about weird things or just asked one another to pass the snack on the other side. Midoriya couldn't help but smile. His once broken friendship was mended.
