Ch 16 rescue mission

Legoshi Pov

I frozen then Lion fought back pistol-whipping me off of him.

"Damn kid! You've gone too far!"

The Lion hovered over me and beating me with a combination of his fist and gun.

He laughed as he coked his gun pointing it at my face.

"I'm gonna kill you now."

The Lion laughed, finger on the trigger but he stop as a gun pointing to his head

"You hate canines, well we hate Felines."

"Wha-!"

The Lion was cut off as something pierced his back in a fatal blow. His body went limp and he collapsed atop of me

"Here kid."

I was taken aback as a rather tall wolf  kicked the Lion's body off of me. I was even more surprised to see Gohin, standing a few feet away, crossbow in hand, having had fired the fatal shot.

"What a fine day for a cat hunt huh?" Gohin jeered

"Gohin?" I  said

"You idiot you think I will leave my daughter there I was getting some backup Why didn't you just fight? The biggest and only advantage you have over those felines is your jaw at least when it comes to fighting that is. Which means you have to bite them," Gohin said

I looked down to the side, "I'm not supposed to bite. Especially since...I just...well..."

Gohin rubbed the back of his head. "I can't watch this damn it! This is the deadliest confession I know of. Listen, next time aim for the neck. Bite their neck!"

Gohin held his hand out to me and I grabbed it being pulled up.

"Even if this love of yours started from hunting instincts. You're not going to give up trying to change fate. Don't run! The right move is always going to be the hardest. But it's worth it," Gohin said

"I know that. That's why I have to do this." I  said

"So...this is Legoshi huh?" Rin thought

"I hate to break up this sentimental moment but we have a human to save remember," wolf said

"Sorry, but who are you? Are you a friend of Gohin?" I asked

"His name Rin and this is his daughter Yuki  she's part wolf and human," Gohin said

"And I think it's safe to assume your Legoshi right?" Rin said

"Yeah. How'd you know my name?" I asked

"You can say Gohin told me about you"

"So Why are you doing here?" I asked

"I own Gohin a Favour that's all" Rin said

we suddenly hear Footsteps echoed behind us as more Lion's appeared.

"I really hate felines," Rin said

I shook as my fangs were exposed.

"That's right Legoshi tame the beast inside you. That's what means to be a real man." Gohin said

The groups ran at one another.

I making first contact. My body slammed into a Lion, while Gohin punched one in the face. Rin and Yuki team up beating a Lion.

Then Gohin was the first inside the gate but a Lion pounced on his back, he knocked the lion off turning and punched him in the face.

I bolted past, going right for the mansion not stopping once I reaches the doors, throwing them open. Inside there were three lions, confused about the sudden entrance.
