Cole's pov
I was woken up by water being dumped on my face. When i looked up at the culprits i saw my annoying little sister and mate.i pulled Layla into my and kissed her cheek.
" Morning Mr alpha, how did you sleep?" She asked me nicely. Well that's suspicious.
"I slept nicely but it would've been better if i wasn't forced to sleep on the couch." She laughed at that because last night Seth was very keen on how I'm not allowed to sleep in the same bed as her.
" Yeah sorry about him, he can be a little over protective. But he told us to wake you up so we can eat and head out." I groaned and she gave me a peck on the lips then left. I crawled off the couch and walked into the kitchen i expected to see the girls cooking but i saw Stevey. Well that's a shock. He brought a plate of pancakes, eggs, and bacon to the girls. I snuck up behind Layla and stole a piece of bacon. She looked up at me with a serious face.
" You did not just take my bacon!" She yelled playfully at me.
" And what if i did?" I asked and before i knew it i was on the floor and Layla was sitting on my stomach. She looked down at me and adjusted so she was straddling me. We were laughing when we heard a cough come from the right of us and when i looked over i saw an angry Seth.
" Hi Bubba your looking nice today." She said kissing up. He gave me a pointed look and i lifted up Layla and got up. I placed my arm around her waist and pulled her into my side more.
" Ok so everyone pack for at least a week long trip. Then meet out front to figure out the riding arrangements." We all nodded yes and went to pack. I was bringing a few pack warriors,Storme, and Chrissy. She threw a big fit about being with her mate so after a scream fight she got her way. So it was just about 10:00 am by the time everyone had finished packing. We met outside by the totaled SUV they had ariived in and Seth was saying we would be taking that.
" Umm i don't think so, that vehicle is wrecked and we have to many people we can just take two of my SUV's." I said and Seth just glared at me. I guess the he really is a rouge that left because he didn't like being told what to do. Seth mumbled a 'fine' and i went to the garage along with Storme. We drove out the two Chevrolet tahoes we had one black and the other white.
"I'll let you guys pick which one you want but Layla rides with ME!" I said adding exclamation to it by emphasizing me and pulling her more into my side.
" No way she's my little sister she rides with ME!" Seth said pulling her away. Him and i were having an arguement about who she was riding with when Storme spoke up.
"Why don't you guys just both ride in the same vehicle as her." Seth and i looked at each other and mumbled our fines then headed to the SUV. We then started heading North of the pack house. After driving in silence for about 5 minutes Layla spoke up.
"Hey you guys lets play a game!" She screamed excitedly, both Seth and I laughed at her and said 'ok'.
"Ok so we'll all say something nice about eachother."
"Ok i'll go first," I said proudly, " Seth though your a rouge you are really clean." Layla glared at me while Seth growled. Well if this pup wants to play it that way i will too, I growled back but louder. We both were growling loud and Layla just gave up.
"No what i'm not even gonna bother with you my sister deserves better than me fighting with her mate all the time." Seth stated well looks like i won. We had a long drive ahead of us and who knows who is gonna get in our way.
