Now, Fllorentyne was a decently practical girl with morals and such. She really was. She grew up with seven sisters, an extremely feminist mother and her uncle Wednesday. When her parents divorced (and divorced in a notably nasty manner), she was only four years old. Yaa and Seraphi were 6 months and 3 years old respectively. Daddy got screwed on domestic abuse charges because he liked to keep his nails a bit too long but they really had been hitting each other in a very egalitarian way.

Uncle Wednesday moved in about a month after the end of the whole ordeal. Everyone had expected him to, but it was still surprising that it happened so soon. Uncle Wednesday moved in, they lived off of his accountant salary and the alimony and child support and whenever the court came to check, it was like Uncle Wednesday had never even been there. It was like a game of hide and seek for grownups down in the idyllic Meiran countryside. Apparently, Wednesday shot blanks. Was good at raising children though (in his silent way ) because Fllorentyne and her sisters turned out pretty well despite their humble upbringing.

Yaa was a successful poet and Seraphi owned the most distinguished abortion clinic in all of Riothamus. Her older sisters were too many years older than Fllorentyne for her to really become close to them. Fun fact - their mother was so much older than Wednesday that Naomi, her eldest sister was older than him. Cougarism is a Loveheaven family trait.

She had the sharp, dramatic ebony eyes of a lioness, framed by long eyelashes and emphasised by striking high cheekbones. Her full, plump lips were painted a deep, provocative burgundy, contrasting the rich velvety smoothness of her mahogany skin and the gleaming whiteness of her teeth. At thirty three years old, she didn't look a day over 21. Her figure was that of a pronounced hourglass, one that she spent hours in the gym perfecting. Her hair was often worn in huge, blown out curls that looked almost like a chic lion's mane and framed her cat-like face to perfection. Fllorentyne loved glamour; the artful artificialness of it. She was the sort of woman to wear real mink coats and black leather gloves in the winter and refer to any one around her as 'Darling' in that polished, Meiran tone of hers.

Extremely confident or slight ego problem? Truthfully, Fllorentyne was/had both. Probably a little more than a slight problem at that. Her voice was low and husky and she liked her clothes fitted. Standing at 5'9, she was condescendingly tall. Tall because average Meiran height is 5'5", condescending because she refused to be seen out of her house without high heels on and often looked down on short people. There had been many incidents where a man shorter than her had tried to hit on her and she simply pretended not to see them. It was cruel; totally ignoring his presence as though she couldn't be bothered to look down at him through her dramatic Chanel sunglasses and simply say 'No'.

Fllorentyne Irissa Beatrice Loveheaven was a multifaceted woman. She was the owner and CEO of her very own successful clothing brand, Benevolent Narcissist. She was both devoted mother and doting aunt to her niece, Irisadonna. She was the fond fiancee of her long time lover, Benjamin O'Hare. She was a daughter, niece and sister, though she hated her family and never spoke to them. Fllorentyne could be gentle, was nice to whomsoever deserved it, brutally honest but was generally fair, fun and good-natured. She was also the soon to be evil step mother of three children.

Reuben was 23 and apprenticing to be a goldsmith in Taralim, allowing poor Fllorentyne the comfort of pretending that he didn't exist. Livia, 13 years old and Poppy, the youngest at 8 were both in the custody of their father. Well, I probably shouldn't say custody since their mother was dead, having died in a car crash when Livi was 1. Poppy, the youngest was the daughter of some skank Benjamin had met while on a business trip to Trylin. Probably some cheap hotel masseuse with too many children and a taste for old rich white-ish men.

Benjy had finally managed to convince Fllo to be with him (in an actual relationship) 11 years ago. They had been in a kind of, sort of thing where Benjamin was entirely devoted to her and she milked him for his money for years before that, even when his wife was alive. Did that make Poppy (the youngest) a product of an affair? Yes, but Fllorentyne literally did not give a singular shit. This was for a number of reasons:
