The baker walked in front of her, and looked at her. The edge of the knife was at her throat.

Scarlet was beyond scared. "Oh Scarlet, any last words?" He whispered in a satanic voice.

"Wait till my mom finds out. You'll be sorry."

"He smiled. She wants you dead. She set you up here. She can't afford to live with you after your father tragically died."

As he said those last words she knew. Her father didn't die in a car crash. He died because the baker killed him. "Oh! You figured it out. You mother hired me. A simple baker who wouldn't be known. I'm just a baker. And a killer."

"A wolf." She said.

"How ironic. Red riding hood. However, you'll die. Buh-bye!" He lifted his hand up with the knife and was about to strike when a gunshot was heard. Scarlet screamed. She saw the baker fall on his knees. Blood started to fall off his shirt. He had enough strength to stab her in her leg.

She screamed even more. Pain shot up her leg, and the baker laid dead on the floor in front of her.

A pool of blood was forming and she was freaking out. The knife fell out of her leg and she looked up. She saw someone behind the gun. He walked in and she saw it was Dexter.

"De-Dexter?" She stammered.
"Hiya! Listen, we need to get out of here," he said in urgency. He grabbed the knife on the ground, and cut a piece from his shirt and tied it on the wound. Dexter looked up and smiled. "Pink eyes." Scarlet smiled.
"Please untie me," she asked. Dexter nodded and untied her legs and arms. Scarlet sighed of release and forgot about the pain in her leg. She stepped on the ground with the leg that was wounded and screamed in pain.

"Careful!" Dexter said. "You just got stabbed! Plus we need to be quiet. I'm helping you escape." He helped her by putting her arm on his shoulder.
"C'mon." The two slowly but quickly got out of the room and a long hallway appeared. Scarlet looked behind her and the baker laid dead on the ground. "Don't worry. I own the bakery." Dexter said.

"What?" Scarlet asked.

"The bakery. I can help you get a job there. It'll be fun." They exchanged smiles. Dexter started to lead, still holding onto Scarlet. They walked down the hallway until Scarlet stopped at a cell. And inside was her Grandma.
