Ghost Hour at Hogwarts

I'm a what now?

After a nice start into the morning thanks to the Boxghost who flew down the street trying to scare people, Danny reluctantly got up and was surprised to see that it was already 11a.m. So Danny, thankful that he could sleep through the whole night with no ghost attacks, was charged up with energy and took it easy on the ghost.

It was summer break and so, after he sent Boxy back to the Ghost Zone or GZ he changed into a normal boy with a white shirt with a NASA logo and blue jeans and then went down to have some brunch. His parents, Jack and Maddie Fenton, were out for the day for a ghostconvention and would be back in the evening, as far as he knew. The black haired boy was glad for the break.

Since he told his parents about his halfa status they wanted to accompany him to every ghosthunt to gain more data and try several non life-threatening experiments on him. It was better than he expected though. Of course his mom was concerned about him being a ghost hunting hero in his free time or not so free time but after learning that it was his obsession that couldn't let him stop she reluctantly allowed him to continue.

His dad was more than happy and started to work on weapons that would only work for Danny. Now whenever Danny went ghost an ecto sword would appear with him attached to his belt and his silvery white boots had iron caps making it more hurtful for enemies when he kicked them. Not that iron would actually hurt them, it was merely to make his dad happy and to have a small advantage in fights. A Fenton Thermos would also appear on his belt, next to the sword.

All in all his parents came to a better understanding as to what ghosts feel and that not all of them have a pure malicious intent. It was a great feeling to see his parents so supportive and what made it even better was his relationship with Sam Manson! They finally got together after Tucker was kidnapped by a new ghost, the mirror ghost. The new ghost was able to suck people into mirrors and let them see what the humans desired, so that they could keep the humans (or animals, really didn't matter to them) as friends.

It took a while but after being sucked into one of their mirrors on purpose, Danny and Sam pretended like they got together and talked to the non binary ghost, making them happy in thinking that they achieved something. After Danny promised them to keep in touch and to be their friend, the Mirror Ghost who called themselves Spiegel, freed all their prisoners and went happily back to the GZ.

Since then Sam and Danny went on real dates and it was rare to see them without them holding hands. Tucker always half joked how he became the third wheel and so the couple tried to include him more again.

Not today though. Today, Danny would bring Sam to a special park in South City, a thirty minute flight away in ghostform, that grew only black tulips- her favourites. So after brunch consisting of bacon and scrambled eggs he went to go and meet with Sam, when suddenly his sister Jazz hugged him from behind "Good morning little brother, I see you are finally up. No ghosts last night?"

"Nope, I could actually sleep through for a change. You think ghosts take a vacation as well sometimes from the human world?" Jazz seemed to seriously think about his question when she just shrugged it off "Maybe ask the Farfrozen at some point. Ghosts used to be humans right?"
"Well, most of them, but there are some that were born of ghostly ectoplasm... Sorry Jazz but I have to go now!"

"What? Nonono, I'm going to stay at your side today, I will help you with... Danny wait!" Danny just sped through the front door and his older sister came after him. He seemed really nervous "Jazz, I'm serious. You can't help me right now. Just leave me alone, please!"

The girl couldn't believe her ears and walked towards her little brother with an irritated expression and put her hands on his shoulder.
Yet after learning that he already planned to gift Sam with a nice day she let him go. Happy to see her brother finally really cheerful again she went back inside preparing essays for her university.
