FLASHBACK

A young Alexa and Emma stroll inside the movie theater, staying close behind a family so the usher wouldn't notice.

"Alright, you go look for some candy and I'll try to find a water." Emma instructs before making her way down the aisle.

Nodding Alexa scans the rows, stopping as she spies a candy bar poking out of a woman's purse. Sneaking towards it as the woman looks away before racing to empty seats towards the back. And as she pulls to open it a voice stops her.

"Don't." A man warns as she turns to look up at him.

"Don't what?" Alexa asks nervously.

"Don't." The man repeats.

"I'm sorry." Alexa sighs. "It's just that me and my sister are hungry and.."

"I wasn't talking about the candy bar, Alexa." The man retorts sitting in seat next to her.

"You know my name?" Alexa questions.

"I know many things." The man responds. "And I'm here to tell you — don't do it."

"What do mean? Don't do what?" Alexa inquires confused.

"When you do something you're not supposed to do, even if you do it for the right reasons, bad things will happen Alexa. Bad things." The man informs her and glances over at the movie screen. "One day you will have the opportunity to remove Excalibur from its stone, but you mustn't. Leave the sword alone."

"Shh!" A little girl two rows in front of them shushes and as Alexa turns back around the man is gone.

"I almost got caught, but I got some water." Emma grins sitting in the spot where the man Alexa was talking to used to be. "Hey, is everything okay?"

"Did you see that guy, the one in the red outfit?" Alexa asks.

"You mean the guy in the movie?" Emma questions.

"Uh.. yeah, yeah." Alexa nods looking back at the screen. "That's what I meant."

Alexa stared at the dagger that now had her sister's name engraved into it, her body frozen in shock. Her sister had sacrificed herself to the darkness in order to save her and everyone in town — and Alexa was not going to let her sacrifice be for nothing. Pushing her way out of Killian's grip she grabs the dagger off the ground.
