Chapter 1: Beacon

3rd Person POV

The bullhead to Beacon finally landed and seven of it's passengers stepped out. Y/N was taking in the view of the large structure before him, Beacon Tower.

Ozpin: Mr. Sparda, welcome to Beacon

Ozpin said as he raised his hand towards it in a presenting manner. Y/N nodded and suddenly, a red blur sped towards him and it showed Ruby holding his arm.

Ruby: YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE IT HERE! COME ON, I'LL SHOW YOU AROUND!

Ruby squeaked as she dragged him towards the entrance with the rest of team RWBY following behind

Y/N and team RWBY has just finished the tour of Beacon Academy, and I mean EVERYTHING. The whole time Ruby was screaming at every word she says, but it didn't bother him one bit, instead, he found it cute, cute to have such determination.

Y/N: That was... most certainly interesting.

Y/N said as he dusted his coat off. Suddenly, the loudspeaker tuned in

Loudspeaker: Can Y/N Sparda now report to the headmaster's office please?

Y/N looked in the direction of the loudspeaker then turned to team RWBY. He nodded and started walking to the headmaster's office.

(Timeskip)

The elevator opened to be carrying five people. They stepped out to get in the room filled with gears and cogs. The interior looks like the inside of a clock. Ozpin turned around from the large window to face the five.

Ozpin: You came.

Ruby: Duh, we were told to.

They all looked at her with an 'are you serious' face but then Ruby realizes what she said.

Ruby: I mean, yeah! Yeah we came...

A bit of silence passed until Ozpin finally decided to speak up.

Ozpin: So, Mr. Sparda, about... your conditions...

Y/N walked to stepped forward and walked in front of his desk and looked him in the eye

Ozpin: The first being your uniform, it certainly cannot be helped, and the second of you being a one man team has been decided. The third however, what is i-

Y/N: A coat rack.

Ozpin and the others looked at Y/N in confusion.

Ozpin: S-Say again Mr. Sparda?

Y/N: A coat rack.

Ozpin: A-Alright it's settled then, but what of your uniform?

Y/N: Add coattails in it

Ozpin looked at Y/N with more visible confusion but still accepted it anyway.

Ozpin: Alright then. Next, your initiation

Y/N: Why do I still need one?

Y/N asked with a hint of anger in his voice

Ozpin: Because your skills of the Dark Slayer must be put to the test in order for you to really join. Its just rules my boy.

Y/N: *scoffs* fine I'll do this initiation of yours... when do we start?

Ozpin: Tomorrow morning, I want every student to be awake to witness your skills as the Dark Slayer.

Y/N: Well I better give them a good show. Is that all?

Ozpin: Yes, that is all. Team RWBY.

RWBY: Yes, sir?
