The Dark Twins(Drarry/Hermione X OC)

Hermione POV

I was waiting for those stupid muggles to get here. You may be wondering why I am saying these things. But, before this school year started, I got a letter from Gringotts, saying many things.

~Flashback to July 30th (A/N I know that her birthday is in September, but just know I'm doing this to help the bond between Harry and Hermione. Thanks for understanding!)~

I was cooking dinner for Master and Mistress, and I made sure not to burn anything because I knew, if I did, I would get another beating. And this beating would be extra hard since today was birthday. While I was thinking, I realized that I burnt the chicken! 

'Damn it! I burnt the chicken! I don't think I'm going to make it! If anyone can hear me, HELP ME!!', I thought. 

"Girl!", Master called. "What are you doing!!!" 

"I'm sorry, Master. I was being reckless.", I whimpered.

"Get up stairs, girl! And be ready to be destroyed because I am NOT going easy on you this time",  Master called.

'Yep, definitely not gonna live tonight.' I thought. As I was thinking, I ran into Mistress. Literally.

"Watch where you're going, girl!", Mistress said.

"Yes, Mistress.", I whimpered. I headed upstairs and into Masters' bedroom and got into the submissive position that he wanted and waited.

~Time Skip to after the beating~

I was hurting all over because of all of the lashes on my back. I'm lucky I still had bandages leftover from last year and I brewed some potions before I left school. As soon as I was about to bandage my wounds, a white hot pain spread through me. It was mostly prominent in my head and lower back. And as soon as the pain was there, it was gone. I looked in the mirror and noticed that I had a pair of white, fluffy, cat ears with a few splotches of black on them and a pair of white, feathery, wings with light blues, greens, and purples. I also had a fluffy, white cat tail with a black spot on the tip of it.

Before I could finish examining myself, I noticed an owl scratching my window. I got up and grabbed the letter from the owls beak and stroked it passionately. I gave the owl a treat and the owl pecked me affectionately and left. 

The letter said:

Dear Miss Artemis Black,

It has come to our attention that you have went through a creature inheritance. Congratulations! If you could come to Gringotts so we can do an inheritance test, that would be very appreciated. This letter is a portkey. Just say 'dragon' and you will be transported to my office.

I decided to be quiet and collect all of my school things and wandlessly shrink my trunk and everything else that I thought I would need and said 'dragon' and i felt the familiar pull in my navel....

Hey there! Queen here! Just wanted to say sorry for having this chapter be really late. I'm trying to become better at updating on a regular schedule. But, hey, at least another chapter is up. What will happen at Gringotts? What's gonna happen to Harry? Find out next time on The Dark Twins.
