Jess's pov

Ashton:I want to be here to help you.

I look at ash again and hug him.

"Thank you ash. I love you."

Ashton: I love you too.

Ashton puts me back down and holds his hand out before opening the door again. I grab it and we walk in together. I walk up to Sydney who was still in a comma.

"Um-hi Sydney. I know you can't hear me right now-but um-I want you to know how much I love you.."

I saw as I put my hand on her hands. I feel someone put a hand on my shoulder. I don't look up.

Calum: I love you too Sydney.

Luke, Ashton, and Michael go to the other side of the bed.

David:I wish I could stay here all day but... I just can't boys. update me.

David says as he walks out the room. I look at Syd again. I warm tear slowly drips down my face and lands on the floor.

1 hour later

All the boys left and it's just me and calum. we talk to Sydney and cry.

Calum: oh Sydney! Please wake up!

I walk over to Calum and to my shock I see tears streaming down his face. Calum is not the one to cry. a tear drops down his face and lands on her hand. I hug Calum and walk him over to the chair.

"Calum you need to calm down. she will be ok."

Calum: I know...in just really upset.

I stand up and look at Sydney again. her eyes flicker a bit. I run to Calum.

"Her eyes moved!"

Calum: get a nurse! I'll stay here!

I run across the hall to the closest nurse. we come back into the room and see Calum turn around with red stained eyes and tears, but with a huge smile on his face. I run over and look at Sydney who's eyes were open.

Sydney: I love you guys too.

Her voice is slow and scratchy but it was the one thing I really missed. we hug her but we have to leave the room so the nurses can do some work. an hour later we come back in.

Nurse: I'm sorry to say this guys, but she's not looking good.

Our smiles turn to frowns.

"What do you mean?"

Nurse:she is having some problems. I don't want to brake it to you, but I don't think she's gonna live any longer than a couple days with how bad her conditions are.

I quickly grab onto Calum's hand and squeeze it tight. tears stream down my face. I hug Calum and cry on his shoulder.

Later that day

It's late at night and I am sitting with Sydney who isn't doing well. I am crying so hard.

"Come on Sydney. Please don't go now. you've gone through a lot now so don't give up."

I say this while sobbing. her breathing is getting harder and she is in bad pain. she is holding Calum's hand.

Sydney: I-can't!

She is crying to. it hurts too much to watch but I refuse to look away.

Calum:we love you so much Sydney! Please don't go!

Sydney suddenly calms down and looks at us.

Sydney: I-I love you guys. I want to go in a peaceful place but you need to let me.

Tears stream down my face. I look at Calum who is also crying. he leans down and kisses her in the forehead.

Calum: I love you Sydney. You will always be in our hearts. I want you to be in a better place. I want you to not suffer.

"I- I love you and I want you to be in a better place more than I want you to be here."

I hug Sydney then Calum does. in the middle of there hug it happens. we hear a long beep noise. I cry and goon the hug.

"I love you so much!"

I cry then pull away. i look at Sydney. Calum gives her another kiss then walks out and gets doctors. the boys and David come to see her one last time. I hug luke and cry on him.

Luke: don't worry jess. she's in a better place.
