"Mumble- GOATS MILK AND THE NEW ITEM, CHEESE!!"

"Welcome to FlashFire, young travelers!"

            I look around in awe as Eri and Kota cling to the sides of my legs, gripping my hands tightly. I squeeze their smaller hands in reassurance as I step forward into the bustling streets of the apparent marketplace of this town. The buildings look small and made of wood, many being stacked on top of each other and crammed together to form more room for the stone roads with many wandering citizens and hustling merchants and many horses trotting down with riders or pulling carriages. I pull Eri and Kota to the side, nearly bumping into someone with a quick "sorry" to get out of the way of a white stallion pulling a rather... expensive and royal looking carriage.

I wonder who's riding in that.

            The driver stares me down and spits in my direction. I furrow my brows and frown at his actions as they leave the town's entrance.

"Rude."

"Oh, don't worry about it. That's norma-" I jump and I hide Eri and Kota under my arms and behind my back as I get into a protective fighting stance as I turn and face a young teen, probably my age, with strikingly familiar blonde hair with a black lightning bolt on his bangs wearing a somewhat tattered uniform. "Gack! I'm so sorry! I forgot that people don't really notice me approaching much..." I sigh and straighten, Eri and Kota looking at me in confusion, but still cling to my clothing.

So this is alternate Denki. Still looks like the same blonde idiot I always new since my first year at UA....

"Don't worry about it... I've been quite jumpy lately. I think I'm just being overprotective of my siblings, but it's better to be overprotective than not being protective enough, huh?"

"That makes sense. And being jumpy around these times isn't too weird. Especially with the fall of the Demon Kingdom and the Kingdom of Yuuei. With the whole 'League of Villainy deciding to take it to another level and destroying whole kingdoms' thing..."

"Right. Yeah. Ok. I see that I guess. Erm, was there something you needed from me?"

"Oh! I saw you walk in, so you must be a traveler, so I came over to see if you needed someplace to stay! My family's inn isn't doing too hot these days. Not too many travelers are coming here that will even bother staying a night or two."

"O-oh... I apologize, but I don't even have any money..." The blonde blinks. Then starts to contemplate things.

"Hmm. Why don't we go see my mother? She might be able to sort something out. Me and the fam ain't just there for the money. Why don't I show you the way!" He looks down and his facial expression softens as he sees my siblings looking around, terrified by the many people. "Hmm. Why don't we take a short cut? Can your sibs roof-hop?"

Roof-hop? Does he mean travel by rooftop like Aizawa-sensei did?

"Er, I don't think so. I can just carry them. Thank you, I know for a fact these two don't like crowded areas much..." I state. Eri and Kota climb into the basket, giggling while they whisper to each other as they become more comfortable.

"Interesting way of carrying your siblings!" I blush and itch my cheek. "Let's go,-" we walk into an alleyway and we stand in front of a ramp of sorts, supported by tin buckets, bricks of terracotta and boxes with a small makeshift ladder coming from the roof of a third-story building. "-and since you don't have any money, we might be able to get you a job!" This world's Denki climbs up onto the roof easily and helps me up onto the roof as well.
